Negative 5 the worst McDonald’s In the world the staff is unfriendly and extremely slow. Especially the night crew they have cashiers that barely speak English so your order is wrong 99% of the time. The night manager is rude and miserable I asked her politely to please fix my order cus it’s not what I ordered. I ordered an Oreo McFlurry and asked that the crushed Oreos be put on the side cus sometimes they add to much Oreos. She gave me the McFlurry with the Oreos in it so I said excuse me miss I’m sorry but I asked for the Oreos on the side please she caught an attitude and said your just gonna put them in there anyway so you’ll be fine. I said no ma’am my nephew likes to eat it with the Oreos on the side. She yelled fine grab the McFlurry and slammed it in the trash. Made me a new one with a whole lot of attitude. That’s just one incident there’s not enough time to describe the 1000s of them. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years and have dealt with there slow service, unfriendly, miserable , and barely speak English employees. That also includes the managers who are sometimes even worse. They close early all the time and I’m not talking a few minutes early they close hours early and I have dealt with this cus this McDonald’s is less than 5 minutes from my house. But this is it I will NEVER go to that McDonald’s again I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go the one in the next town where they are actually nice. And I am not alone there are a lot of people in Plainsboro that are just sick and tired of this McDonald’s and the way they treat people. Read moreThe service at this McDonalds has become so much slower since the remodel. Today ordered a simple $5 Value meal. It actually took a full 10 minutes to receive my food. I showed the woman behind the counter the time ordered on my receipt and the actual time but she tried to say differently until she looked at their clock. After voicing my displeasure of length of time, I proceeded out to my work truck and found they shorted the quantity of nuggets in the box, 3 instead of 4. After returning inside to show them, the one guy said something to the others while showing the mishap and then started laughing. When they came back with new nuggets I requested fresh food because I witnessed my food being made earlier but the delay for receiving it was because they ran out of fries. Instead of giving the fries to the customer there waiting, they fulfilled an order for DoorDash with the last fries. Sadly that DD order then sat on a shelf waiting for the driver to arrive.
The fresh food request by me because of the long delay was not filled. I actually walked out with no food because of the horrible mismanagement at this location. I have reported this to McDonalds Corporate. I highly doubt anything will come out of it, but this location has lost my and my wife’s business. Read moreVisit here quite often during my lunch break. Usually get the same thing. Staff here has been good so far. Haven't had a reason to say anything negative about them. Tonight though, I order a McChicken with extra mayo. My orders are always correct, even down to the amount of sauces I ask for. So no reason to check it. Get back to my truck and there's absolutely no mayo on it. No problem. Go back in there, expecting a freshly made sandwich to be served with the extra mayo I ask for. No. I go in there and the cashier says to me, do you want mayo packets? What? Mayo packets? No I would like to have a freshly made sandwich. I then ask for the manager who I've seen often who is quite busy tonight, no matter because I have time to spare. The cashier then gets the managers attention and I explain my situation and ask for a new sandwich. He's says just give your sandwich to her n we can fix it. Fix it? Are you kidding me? So he gives my bitten into sandwich to the cook who then slops some mayo on there and hands me it back. Instead of getting overly pissed, I walk out, throw the sandwich away and vouch to never go back there. If they aren't willing to give a freshly made sandwich to their customers when they make a mistake then that just shows how their attitudes are towards us...
