AMAZING experience with Wood Craft BBQ! From initial contact to day of event clean-up, simply incredible. Owner, Sal, was hands on - from my initial inquiry, to site visit, to food sampling, to being present the day of our event. Respectful, friendly, professional and lightening quick responsive. Incredible knowledge of food, menus, service and off premise set-up. Sal and his entire staff absolutely understand a customer centric business. It's apparent Sal's heart and mind are in it. His staff of 5 were just as respectful, friendly, professional, responsive and delighted to help. Our guests were so impressed. And well taken care of. Our family and friends truly enjoyed the delectable, abundant, fresh and beautifully presented food...and they are still talking about it! Woodcraftbbq BBQ catered our Thanksgiving and knocked it out of the park with the sheer volume, quality, and deliciousness of the food.

The turkey breast (or should I say turkeys) were the perfect level of smoked, with a taste and texture which has raised my awareness of how good the feathered dinosaurs can be.

I love garlic, and use a lot in my cooking, but never manage to get the wonderful garlic taste as they did with the green beans!

The mashed potatoes were perfect in texture and taste, not needing gravy (which was delicious to the point of pondering just chugging the gravy boat itself)

The rest of the family loves mushrooms, but I am luke warm on them, and usually pass. Not this time! We were fighting over the little earthy morsels. Mom stabbed me with a fork to get the last one!

The mac and stuffing were a warm cozy blanket inside our bellies and I am looking forward to the leftovers.

And the fresh salad, well, the dressing made the typical turkeyday dinners red headed stepchild delightfully tangy and appealing.

I first saw Woodcraft BBQ in action at a wedding where Sal and his team handled everything in regards to the food. They did such an amazing job that I asked them to cater a birthday party at my house (much smaller than a wedding). Sal showed up right on time with not only awesome BBQ, but everything we could possibly need to serve it including sauces and utensils. You can tell a lot of love goes into this food. My mark of truly great BBQ is that you don’t need sauce to make it taste amazing and all of Woodcraft’s food passed that test with flying colors.

We got so many compliments on the food and more “volunteers” to take home leftovers than we’ve ever had in the past.
