I went during a Tuesday lunch time. The store was empty which was to my surprise. Two things, the price of this store is $2 more than the Gong Cha bubble tea place down the corner (inside the Asian Food Market). I tried to order a hot Milk Tea with tapiocas, it came to be $7 plus. The tapiocas were 60 cents extra and the “hot” part was 90 cents extra. The tea itself was $5.50, total added up to be $7 something for a medium size cup of bubble tea. The same hot bubble tea at Gong Cha or other Kung Fu locations was $5 I believe. Worst of all, I had the tea to go, only then I realized it was not what I ordered! I ordered Kung Fu Milk Green tea, she gave me black tea. So I spent over $7 on a cup of tea that I didn’t even like or want! What a waste of money. Honestly, why would anyone not get the same bubble tea at Gong Cha which is inside of the grocery store and come all the way out and spend $2 more...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST Kung Fu Tea experience I've ever had! And I am an avid Kung Fu goer! I pull up, ask for two simple items - a Kiwi Punch w/ bubbles and an Oreo Wow. Tell me how, by the time I order (which the girl with the hat at the front seemed super uninterested to take), the two drinks were done! So I thought to myself, "Oh wow, that's quick." Well, let me just give you a quick spoiler alert: there's a reason WHY the drinks came out that FAST! The (bleeping) drinks were not even shaken and both tasted horrible! Like, what kind of boba tea barista doesn't even shake the drinks before they give them to you? My guess is she skipped the easy-to-use machine that literally shakes the drinks for you.
Save yourself the headache and drive past this one. There might be a Kung Fu Tea that actually cares about your experience and will make your drinks with care. Never going back to this...
Read moreGot the limited edition Kirby drink TWICE, both times they ran out of the crystal boba and I asked if I could get boba as the replacement. They told me they'd have to charge me extra for boba. You ran out of the topping and wanted to charge me more when I ask for another topping?? So should I have asked for a discount since I'm not getting the topping for my drink???
I used to work at another kung fu tea location and they'd always let customer pick a substitute topping if they ran out of a topping that comes with the drink. On top of that, the employees don't know that everything on the menu is dairy free. The customer after me was asking if the milk tea is lactose free and they said no. The milk powder is dairy free creamer...
DO NOT come to this location they don't know what...
