You really have to dig to find the bad reviews here, probably because of the fake reviews they've posted to boost their rating up.
I've been to this place a couple times and let some of the things they do slide in the past but after my experience tonight I'm never coming here again.
Fried chicken wings were undercooked and very oily. Ordered spring rolls and only one came out because apparently orders of spring rolls are 1 for $2. Strange.
For entrees, we ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. When it came out, the three of us all looked at each other as if it was a mistake - it looked like fried fish. But we were told it was the dish we ordered. The teriyaki chicken was horrendous and tasted odd. I wish I had taken a picture of it. It looked weird and overall just tasted bad. The chicken tasted like a middle school lunch with a $2 shoprite sauce poured on it. After one bite, no one touched it.
I called over the waitress and explained the dish wasn't good and started to ask if we could switch out the chicken dish for another entree because it wasn't good. She immediately cut me off and brought out the manager, who badgered us with questions asking what was wrong with the chicken, and when we explained it wasn't good she said "You don't like it. You bought it. Not my problem that you don't like the flavor." Horrible service.
On top of all of this, they added a mandatory 17% tip for a party of three. Three. I guess contingency in case we didn't tip. Paid $60 for 3 people to eat mediocre food at $$ price.
In a nutshell, this place serves low quantities of crappy food at high prices. It makes Panda Express look like a 4 star restaurant. Would not wish on you the displeasure of...

Read moreHad take out tonight, first time I've had their food. Excellent! Ordered one dish (eggplant stuffed with chicken and pork) from the 'authentic' part of the menu and one (General Tso's chicken) from the not authentic part and both were delicious! The eggplant was fried in a VERY light coating and the flavors all blended beautifully. I also ordered a dessert I've never had (banana with red bean), also fried in the light coating and sprinkled with a little sugar, yummy. It was easy to order online, they followed my instructions on how hot (spicy) to make the entrees, and you pick a time to pick up. I didn't see anyone at the door so I called and they brought my order out immediately. The girl was masked and stayed far away. The only thing I would say is that they don't state on the menu that certain things are fried, like the eggplant and the dessert. So if you can't eat fried food, maybe best to call and ask or order Thai noodles. Can't wait...
