Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plainville

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 18 years. Everytime staff changes it becomes a bad experience with rude staff. Today was another one. I went to the drive through, at first ordered a donut and realized I needed to add a drink item. I waited and said hello to add the item. No one came back for 7 minutes. I drove to the window to have a young man tell me I need to go wait back in line to order the drink. I said I just waited in line. He said then you need to come in, I don’t know what to tell you. I went in the store and told the manager. She did nothing. The young man continued to make fun of me with other staff not realizing I was standing right there. You don’t know what people are dealing with, I am fighting for my life with a cancer diagnosis just wanting to be able to get my son a refresher while your employees think it’s hilarious...

I went here and ordered 3 orders of hash browns, was not given a receipt and was told that I had everything so I drove off. I checked what I had later and realized not only was I not given any of my orders or hash browns, I didn’t even have a receipt for proof of purchase to return and get them. I tried calling 3 times and the phone wasn’t even picked up at all. Very disappointing service, will not be going to this one again, especially due to many other instances of poor service and messing up orders specifically at this location. The people working in the morning are the only ones I’ve experienced, and consistently each time I have visited they have messed up at least 1-2 parts of my order or simply not given me what I ordered. This Dunkin is by far the most rude. They mess up my order and complain in my face to remake it. I even get caramel craze ice lattes and I said please can you put cinnamon on it and she turns around and says it’s on there I’m like I don’t see it. Then I said put lots on there it’s my favorite part of this drink and anyway if I wanted to pay less money I would of just got a regular caramel iced coffee 😩. So she handed it back to me and as I was about to drive away she mimicked me and said wow I like a lot of cinnamon. Mind you this woman wasn’t even a teenager lol. And I was nothing but nice.
