If I could rate this establishment with a negative score of -10000, I would eagerly do so, reflecting the abysmal quality of both the service and the food we endured. From the onset, our waitress lacked attentiveness. My best friend and I opted to share their supposed specialty, the cheesecake pancake. However, to our dismay, the pancake arrived excessively dry, devoid of any butter or moisture, resembling a tasteless mound of flour. Adding insult to injury, the cheesecake topping was equally appalling, evoking a nauseating sensation. Even the Cinnamon Toast Crunch appeared stale, offering no reprieve from the disappointing culinary experience, save for the redeeming hash browns.

Upon finishing our lackluster meal, the waitress approached us with evident disdain, begrudgingly offering a box for leftovers. Politely declining, we expressed our dissatisfaction with the meal. In response, she stormed off, promising to summon the manager.

The manager, bearing an equally abrasive demeanor, confronted us, prompting an explanation of our grievances. However, rather than addressing our concerns with empathy, she exuded an air of hostility. Despite my inclination towards generosity and kindness, the discourteous attitude displayed by both staff members left me disinclined to leave a gratuity.

Furthermore, when we outlined our grievances to the manager, she responded dismissively, rolling her eyes and retorting, "What do you want me to do about it?" Her lack of accountability and refusal to offer an apology only exacerbated the situation. Moreover, her claim that patrons from different states flock to taste their pancakes rang hollow, further diminishing the credibility of their establishment.

In conclusion, the dismal service and subpar cuisine we encountered not only failed to meet basic standards of hospitality but also left a lasting impression of dissatisfaction. Should anyone dare to acclaim the virtues of this establishment's pancakes, they are either misled or their palate...

Do NOT waste your time or money here!! This place needs better hygiene practices and better management. No gloves, no hair nets, no communication or track of time with each other. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to just get my food. Received the food cold, my sons pancakes which came with cake on top was not fresh at all, the cake had that freezer burn taste. & to top it off my husbands food had hair in it. They sit you down and stuff you with coffee. When asked for the manager, the girl we asked said she was “close” to the manager and that she could talk to us. She was no help and when we spoke to the manager all she could say was sorry for your experience. Didn’t seem to care. We told her service was horrible for our first time being there and left. Once we left she proceeded to follow us outside to make sure other customers didn’t talk to us about our experience. Yet, the customers were asking us what had happened as we were walking out. Do...

I usually do not complain/have bad experiences many places. It takes a lot. The atmosphere inside is cool and the menu is nice, but we sat down and it took 20 minutes for the server to take our order after dropping off waters. A new table came in and sat next to us and their order was taken instantly. And then the food took another 30 minutes. Around an hour and 10 minutes it took from sitting down to the food hitting the table.

The Benedict was decent but I got the chicken wrap with waffle fries and the waffle fries were completely burnt and hard. Didn’t get any opportunity for the food to be remade because the server didn’t come back for 15 minutes and ask how the food was. Impossible to even take a bite out of. Again I apologize for complaining but I just had a very bad experience and did not expect based on online reviews.
