I came in a bit skeptical. I'm not a fan of the big Tex-Mex places, but this was quite a surprise. The first thing I noticed when walking to my table was a big stone bowl full of guacamole on another table. Sure enough, you can order it as appetizer and they come out and make a bowl fresh at your table. And it was delicious. My wife got tacos and I got a chimichanga. Everything was very delicious. Not too salty. The chips and sauce were very good too. The plating and presentations were throughtful and nice. Overall, a surprisingly good dining experience. We will definitely go back and sample more dishes.

Went here for a realtor networking event which at first I thought was odd to have at a busy restaurant loud and hard to do a presentation of my listing. I was pleasantly surprised of the back room that was private soundproof and allowed us to show videos and have lunch. Walking through the restaurant everything was nice a separate bar and staff was friendly. Our waiter was very attentive. The only reason I gave a four star was the chicken enchiladas were a little bland. It wasn’t bad but not the best I’ve had. I’ll have to try other items on the menu.

Impressed. The fiance ordered The Cowboy which came with a brisket taco, beef enchilada, and pork tamale with rice and beans. She enjoyed it. I ordered combination chicken and beef fajitas. They came sizzling with plenty of grilled onions, peppers, and 2 slices of potato. The sides were rice and beans, shredded cheese, pico de Gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Also came with choice of corn or flour tortillas. The fajitas were perfect! Jesus was the waiter and he was quick on the refills and very nice with good customer service. We will be back.

I have really struggled with writing this review because I hate to complain but I am so disappointed in our experience we will definitely not be going back. Let me say that the food was good, the service was okay, but the communication between management was less than stellar and in the end I did not get what I was promised despite having it in writing. It was as if they didn't even communicate with one another. Since I had so many people there and we were supposed to be celebrating, arguing and pulling up emails was not an option.

Two months prior to my 10 year wedding anniversary I began searching for a place to host about 25 people for dinner and celebration. I corresponded with Marivel on several occasions via email and the phone.

I asked for the semi private room. I was told unless the restaurant was extremely busy we would not have other people with us. I even planned my dinner for 5 pm to make sure we had the room. When we got there they had another party of 25 also set up in the room. So 50 people in a narrow room. I am not sure if the other party complained as well but they eventually moved.

I ordered the family style menu. It was 23.00 per person. I asked several times if that meant that everyone would have plenty to eat. What that entailed and about drinks. It was supposed to come with non alcoholic beverages (tea, water, soda), appetizers and fajitas. We got our beverages no problem. They brought our 5 appetizers, fine no big deal, but for the dinner portion the only brought one plate of fajitas for every 5 people to share and it had one chicken breast and about 6-8 pieces of steak on each plate. I had to ask for more meat, because after checking on my guest all the meat that was on my end of the table was gone. They brought it and then tried to charge me 23.00 each for the two additional meat plates. Marivel had told me in writing that there would be plenty of food for everyone and the plates would not go empty. I was not expecting an all you can eat buffet but one chicken breast and 6-8 strips of beef for every 5 people????? Come on! AT 23.00 per person?? NO WAY!!I refused to pay for the two additional meat trays they brought out.

Marivel told me that since 6 of my guest we under 5 that there would not be a charge for them. Instead when I got there the manager on duty charged me one adult price for every 2 kids. $11.50 per kid!! Kids meals are $7.00 or less typically. That was not what we had agreed upon.

I could have ordered appetizers and allowed my guest and the children to all order their own meal and not only would it have been cheaper but they would have gotten more than what was served on the family style menu.

I really just wanted a happy celebration with no mess, no issues and not complications. Having my closest friends and family with me was amazing! Being with my husband and celebrating was phenomenal, but this restaurant put a bad taste in my mouth, really upset me and it will be one of the main memories that I have of our anniversary celebration.

We will NOT be returning. Not for dinner, not if we were invited by others and I caution you to make sure that all the management knows what the other have offered before you pay over 700.00 for a dinner where your guest all have to...

My family and I stopped in tonight for a quick dinner. We called in advance to make sure they could accommodate a party of 6. It’s a Monday night but still felt we better check. I called and was told we could be seated right away. We were at the restaurant within 10 minutes of calling and we were sat immediately. We placed our drink order and that’s when it started to turn. 14 minutes it took to get water, tea and 2 glasses of wine. After our server dropped off the drinks we ordered a bowl of queso. 10 minutes it took for it to be dropped off which wasn’t bad but it took 10 more to get chips to eat the queso with so as you can imagine, it was ice cold when we got it. We asked for refills that never came. 24 minutes later we finally got to place our food order. The food came out fairly quickly. When it was delivered, we asked for those refills we had never gotten. Yet they never came, we had NO drinks for our meal and no wine that we had ordered.

We finished our food and waited 26 minutes with no server and so I went to the hostess stand to request a manager. 14 minutes it took the manager to come to the table after requested. When he did he basically said nothing just stood at the table and looked at me. I explained that I wanted to let him know that we had awful service, maybe he needed to train his other employees to help if they see tables needing things, maybe refill drinks or pre-bus tables. Still said not a word until I said “ we’ll do you have anything to say maybe “sorry you had bad service “ or “we will try to do better” instead he ran my card for the full amount and said have a great night. The server finally came by at the very end to let me know she has just started and was also the bartender and said “ I don’t know”.

The part that made me very upset is the manager not being able to properly handle a complaint. As someone that has previously trained employees in the customer service field and now Corp America, I was blown away at the lack of care and lack of trying to make it right! Maybe an apology. I didn’t ask for free food and didn’t expect it, I just wanted the manager to know what went wrong and try and fix it for the reputation of the restaurant.

With so many “Mexican food” options on every corner you can’t really give bad service and have a lack of care before it catches up. We won’t be back as there are too many great...

This place was highly recommended from friends. But upon coming here last night I will never return. Starting off, we were seated in what seemed like a built-on party room with a party of 25-30 including children. This was fine at first but shortly we realized we were screaming to hear each other. We asked to be moved and they promptly moved us with no problem. We waited for a waiter for about 5 minutes which we didn't mind because they were busy. We got our drinks and ordered our appetizers and waited about 15 minutes and the queso came out cold. We sent it back and it came out cold once again. The queso fundido was excellent but the regular queso wasn't even lukewarm. Very bland taste also. We then ordered our meals which came out surprisingly fast. My mom ordered a chimichanga and she said it was hot and very good tasting. My friend go fajitas and said they came out cold but had good taste. My other friend said the enchiladas were cold but took it home for later and mine was cold and very odd tasting. At first look I was very taken back. The don't shred the fajit chicken for the nachos. They cut it into circular pieces and put it on the nachos individually which I found odd. Then after eating some of my cold nachos I noticed something tasted sweet. They had gotten their sopapilla cinnamon sugar on the bottom of my nacho chips. They took them back and looked under the light and said that they indeed get some on my dish. After all this we just wanted some desert so we ordered some sopapilla and these came out really hot and fresh! Best part of the meal by far we talked to the manager and got about a 1/3 of our ticket taken off. Great atmosphere but the food just didn't...
