*This was at 9pm ish at night I was the 2nd car there, when I pulled up to order the lady working there said, “Order when you’re ready”. So you would think you’re allowed to look at the menu before you decide. But 2 sec later she chimes up again and goes, “what do you want to order,” I then had to ask her to give me some time.
I order a smokehouse brisket meal with curly fries and strawberry lemonade and a half pounder beef and cheddar sandwich (just the sandwich).
She decided even tho there is NO ONE behind me. She’s going to give me stale fries topped with fresh ones so I don’t realize until later when I leave. Also gives me TWO slices of brisket and stacks it high with Onion rings instead. I don’t even know if she actually gave a half pounder roast beef and cheddar I got nothing to weight it with I haven’t been to Arby’s in years, this was my first time back. But I sure as hell know a $13 brisket sandwich meal further increase +3.50 (which she gave a “regular” size that looks like a small, like it’s a cup for a kids meal) better have more than TWO god damn slices of brisket on it.
Oh best part of all she did all this while smiling haughty like she just played the best joke only I thought she was being nice.
First time coming back and the last time I’ll be coming back.

Read moreI have been dining at an Arby's since I was a young boy in the 60's. I love their food but this Arby's seems to have issues everytime I visit. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Went through the drivethru at about 8pm. They were out of regular fries, mozzarella sticks, and ArbyQ sandwichs. Received my order and looked it over very quickly and noticed a missing curly fry. Asked for the second one ordered and got it with an attitude. They were cold as was everything else in the bag. Should have looked the order over real closly at this point but proceeded home. Opened the bag and discovered they forgot one of my sandwiches, put cheese on two sandwiches when i specificly asked for no cheese. My cherry turnover turned out to be an apple turnover. And again everything was cold. This is the 4th and last time I visit this location. Everytime I go through this drivethru they mess up my order. I thought maybe it is just me but I am a nice enough guy. Talked to several friends that have been to this location and they have had simular issues. I tried to explain to her My issue with my order and I was directed by an manager over the phone who call me and apologize to go back in the store to have my sandwich replaced she was very rude and disrespectful and refuse to do so as if I was trying to get something for free. I called the number The district manager called me from and spoke to another employee and then some manager took the phone from the young man and refused to give me her name and hung up the phone on me.
