DO NOT COME HERE!! The staff are a pleasure & make the drinks & experience quite enjoyable. However, today, the owner of the store, "Ann," called the police on Me without warning who then showed up to interrogate Me in public about false allegations of disturbing patrons & "dancing" in the store. I have become a regular here at this store in the short time they have been open, & have spent well over $60 in drinks here. I have not disturbed or harassed any other patrons at any point in My many visits; the most I have done is pay a respectable compliment here and there that has been individually well-received as a new member of this community. Although I typically do dance while I walk, I don't do so in stores - much less have I done so here. As a professional dancer, I can't help that, & wouldn't cease doing so as I commonly teach that dance is a Healing Art & what has managed to improve My personal health & save My life. After those allegations fell through, the owner attempted to say that it was a non-smoking facility & I had brought in cigarettes. I had the one cigarette of the day sitting unlit & new on My table in front of Me - being as I walk from My house to the tea shop, I carry it so it won't break in My pocket. After the officers found nothing wrong with Me (including verifying that I was not intoxicated as the owner had originally claimed in her police call), they let Me go & told Me that the owner would be okay with Me returning "as a regular person." I find this entire experience beyond offensive & highly disrespectful & dishonorable on her part. I wouldn't return here if you paid Me to do so & may be pursuing a civil suit case for defamation of character secondary to the public incident she caused to conspire amongst other things. Prejudice & insensitivity are unacceptable coming from a business owner in a culturally colorful & vibrant community & such hateful & inappropriate actions such as false police allegations are uncalled for & should not be able to persist as I foresee they may with this business in the future. I absolutely love Feng Cha in Garland! Every visit is a delight. Their drinks are consistently top-notch — the “dirty” series and cheese foam teas are rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The brown sugar boba is always soft and chewy, and the drink arrives fresh and not watered down.

The atmosphere is calm and inviting, a great spot to relax, chat with friends, or even get some work done. The staff are friendly and attentive, and service is pretty quick even when it’s busy. The menu has great variety — tea, blended drinks, desserts — so there’s always something new to try.

I had an excellent experience at Feng Cha Plano and truly appreciate their outstanding customer service. During my recent visit, they were temporarily out of matcha, but the staff immediately addressed the situation with great professionalism. They refunded my entire order without hesitation and went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary drink for my next visit.
