If I could give 1000 🌟 I would! I wanted to do microblading for the longest time but didn't know who to use. Tracy came highly recommended, so I scheduled. I instantly regretted making the appointment, out of fear of... 'just my luck it wouldn't turn out right'.. boy, oh boy, I couldn't have been more wrong!! Tracy asked what I wanted and actually listened to me. She told me what she was thinking while repeating my concerns. She charted everything out prior to permanent blading and asked my thoughts... I literally told her.. " I am going to trust you and your expertise you know what I want and you know what to do, I will leave it to you." I closed my eyes... and she worked her magic! Once she finished, not going to lie... the eyebrows look so weird to 1) actually see myself with eyebrows 2) see an actual color of brows 3) however I trusted that she knew what she was doing. Once I put my makeup on, it absolutely looked amazing!!!! I sent a pic of my brows and glasses to my daughter in college asking her how she liked my new glasses... and she didn't even notice my eyebrows!!! When I told her about my brows she was sooooo amazed/suprised/blown away at how NATURAL the color , shape and fullness of my brows looked!! I sincerely want to thank Tracy for the beautiful result... you are amazing and it truly shows how deeply you care about your work and most importantly your clients. Thank you Tracy! Customer for life! ( now both my teenage daughters have scheduled with Tracy to help with reshaping of brows... I think that speaks volumes if my TEENAGERS WANT to go to the SAME PLACE as their MOTHER.. wouldn't you...

**EDIT - 9/16/23 I’m changing my previously negative review because Tracy reached out to me and apologized for my bad experience. She even gave my friend and I a gift card for two pedicures. We came back 2 weeks later from our original visit and the service was stellar. My mint-colored nails came out very nice! Tracy herself was there and made us feel very welcome. She made sure we had a great experience, and we’ll be coming back soon. Thank you, Tracy!

9/3/23 We made an appointment for 1pm for two of us to get mani + pedis. There were only two technicians there, and they kept pausing our service to take walk-in lash customers to the point that we were there a little more than 2 hours! Customers with appointments should get priority, and when I mentioned this she just said they were short staffed due to the holiday weekend. Not a valid excuse to keep interrupting our service. They also left residue all over my fingers from removing my previous dip nails in a hurry since they were rushing to get me and my friend out of there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Terrible...

Omgosh! I have had a horrible time finding an even decent salon here in Dallas since moving here over a year ago. So I read the reviews and trepidatiously decided to try Tracy's just based on the sheer amount of positive reviews. When I say that I've never been treated so well, I mean it!! Tracy is a precious, funny, extremely hard-working lady who makes you feel like you've known her all of your life. And Hannah, Don(my fellow March 10th brother from another mother:), and Ann(who is the best design artist ever)carried on the white glove treatment. I have never met such incredible people all working in one spot in my life! They listened closely to what I wanted and accommodated me accordingly. Thank you Tracy. Don, Hannah, and Ann for treating me so well I will be back for sure!! Good ol' fashioned, southern hospitality still exists at Tracy's. Now don't all of you Dallas women go flocking because I need...
