My recent experience at the restaurant, particularly during their dosa night on Thursday priced at $9.99, left much to be desired. Despite the enticing promotions, my family and I encountered several disappointments. Upon arrival, we were charged for the full dosa unlimited meal, only to find ourselves waiting in a lengthy queue at the dosa live station. Despite the manageable queue size, the preparation of dosas was unacceptably slow. The staff member responsible seemed indifferent to the growing frustration of waiting customers, taking prolonged breaks and prioritizing to-go orders over those waiting in line.
After enduring a 30-minute wait with little progress, I made the decision to request a refund due to the excessive delay. I must commend the front desk staff and manager for promptly accommodating my request without any issue. However, the overall experience left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. While I understand the restaurant’s efforts to attract more customers through promotions, it’s crucial for them to ensure they can effectively manage the increased demand. This experience has certainly made me hesitant to return to the restaurant...
Read moreGreat experience!! This dining establishment, nestled in the Plano, is a true gem that delivers exceptional cuisine. i was there for the dosa night with my friends and had an amazing experience.
Chef, the maestro behind the dosa griddle, is a true artisan. Their passion for South Indian cuisine is evident in every aspect of the dining experience. The menu boasts an impressive array of dosa variations, . From the classic masala dosa to innovative creations like the chocolate and cheese dosa, Chef has mastered the delicate balance of flavors and textures. my favorite's are mysore masala dosa and onion chili dosa.
The batter is perfectly fermented, resulting in dosas that are light, crispy, and golden brown. The fillings are generously portioned and bursting with authentic South Indian flavors. if you prefer the comforting warmth of a traditional dosa then there's something on the menu to satisfy your palate.
Finally huge thanks to the dosa chef at the live dosa counter, although there is huge crowd, he is being highly patient and delivering all dosas with big smile on his face!! Thanks Chef.
I highly recommend this restaurant for dosa nights...

In many restaurants, bottled WATER is provided free of charge or at least at a more reasonable price. They also offered unbottled water, but it did not taste good at all — it seemed more like tap water than filtered water.
What made it worse is that the bottled water appeared to be purchased from wholesale stores such as Costco or Sam’s Club, yet was sold at an inflated price.
We left feeling very disappointed by these unnecessary and unreasonable charges. Please inform customers in advance if you plan to charge extra for WATER — especially when it’s not even mentioned in...
