Horrible. I am finally writing this after numerous bad experiences at this location. We've gone to this location for 15 years and it has always had good customer service and food. Over the last year and a half they've hired the rudest, most unprofessional people on the planet. For lack of a better word, the place has turned ghetto. I've given them a few chances but I'm done as of this last incident. The workers are lazy, orders are often messed up and the food is prepared in a sloppy manner.
The other night I ordered ONE item in the drive-thru and asked for sour cream on top. After politely correcting the girl taking my order because she had it wrong on the ordering screen, she sighed, changed the screen and rudely said "Ok THERE!" When I pulled up to pay she glared at me like I had 3 heads, snatched my money, and yelled to someone in the back as she slammed the drive-thru window shut. She comes back to the window with my order and aggressively says "You want sauce?" I say "No, thank you" and she slaps my order into my hand. I pull away and realize my one item had no sour cream... but my receipt showed she had charged me for it, so I circle back around to the speaker and I tell her that the item has no sour cream. She responds in an annoyed tone, "Come on then!" Seriously?!?! Who says that as a way to tell a customer to pull back to the window??? I pull back up and once again she's staring me down like I have 3 heads and she hands me a SIDE of sour cream (in a cup) but I have no spoon or fork to apply it! Not the same as having it added to the top of your Mexican Pizza. I wasn't going to mess with it and just eat it at home with my own utensil. But, I was over this girl's attitude so I asked her for her manager. A female manager came to the window, as Snatchzilla is behind her rolling her eyes at me, and I explained how downhill this location has gone. She told me I was not the only customer to have complained and that she has only been there a month. I won't be going back and the rest of my family (husband & son) have stopped going to that location as well, due to the same issues. Read moreNothing against all Taco Bells, but this location is garbage....Went to the drive thru before work at this location and paid 12 dollars for 2 Chicken Power Cantina Burritos with extra chicken and extra guacamole on both. This is not what I received. Instead I was given 2 burritos with half the portion of regular chicken, lacking lettuce, had NO guac at all (even though it comes with it) in a flimsy loose tortilla. I took the order inside to the front counter and showed him my receipt then pulled out the small burritos that were the size of meximelts. He then took them to the steamer making the food and came back with 2 sides of guac, and said the chicken portion was correct (which it wasn't even close). I have 2 problems with this. 1st I order these burritos at the Frisco/Little Elm location on FM 423 all the time. The chicken was not a double portion that I paid for. 2nd, the burrito comes with guacamole, which it did not have. Therefore supplying me a side of guacamole is still lacking the original amount it came with that I paid extra for to have extra... I had him take it back and add it on the burrito, which they still jacked up. At this point frustrated, I just left. I took pictures to post and trashed the food. Read moreMultiple times ordered thru Taco Bell app to pick up and this restaurant's managers just said they didn't receive the order and wanted me to contact whoever sent the order?? These were ordered thru "their" app and even showed them the order details with order number, etc. but they just refused to do anything and told me they had many customers lined up at the Drive-thru? What a bad customer service they have!! Tonight again went in to pick up mobile order (as their app let me choose) and there was no one even bothered to serve me inside. I can see several employees in the kitchen but they chose to ignore me even after I said "hello" to them few times. Eventually someone (who said he's the manager) came and told me they closed lobby and wanted me to go outside for pick up?? He blamed me not seeing the small "lobby closed" sign on the door. But wait, they have several big "come in we're open" sign on the window too??!! They didn't even bother to lock the door if they closed the lobby??
