I found a Groupon a few months for laser hair removal with Nasrin which had great reviews. I booked the appointment for what I thought was a consultation but looks like in reality it was an hour long appointment for an actual session. Since this was my first time consider laser hair removal and I had booked the appointment a while ago I did not realize there was this discrepancy.

Bastion was rude and unprofessional time when I met her the day of my appointment. It was obvious she was angry that I wasted her time and was very condescending and impatient. Even after I explained that it was mistake on my part and I booked the longer appointment out of confusion and only wanted a consulted, she proceeded to say “well you could’ve called to confirm”. She then proceeded to speak for 5min telling be about laser hair removal rules and tips and said “that’s it, that’s the consultation. It takes only 5min and you took away from my calendar for an hour”.

I have no idea how anyone has had a good experience with ther. If she gets rude and annoyed after a simple confusion from her customer and treats them this poorly, I have no trust in her provided a good service.
