I actually ended up here, slightly irritated, after I tried to go to another massage place after work, but their system was down. Turned out to be the best thing to ever happen. I don’t understand most of the bad reviews, but can only assume they are fake reviews from other massage businesses losing business because of how great this location is.
Very friendly and professional personnel from the moment I walked in, till the moment I left. Upon walking in, I was almost instantly greeted, was able to pay for a massage, and was able to get in fairly quickly. Did a one hour massage and it lasted the full hour, no issues. The massage was relaxing and actually helped relieve some pain from commonly sore areas of my body. They were not judgmental at all with me wanting to keep more clothes on compared to some people, as I don’t always like being too exposed, even during a massage. Very informative on what to expect from the massage, especially for first time. I personally will never go to any other massage place for as long as I live in the DFW area. They deserve more than 5 stars, and I would absolutely recommend to anybody looking for any massage, from deep-tissue to even just a relaxing...
Read moreThis place is clean and safe. They are all good people and good at what they do. So if you need to get some knots worked out, relax and let go, this is a great place. I have been going there for a few years. Some therapist change but the good ones are still there. I have never seen anything inappropriate happening. Beware the negative reviews because they may not be honest or they work at a competing store, hence the one review throwing a name of another store in the review lol. The owner told me to let her know if anything inappropriate happens so they can take care of the issue. This is logical and what is always the first step. People who bypass this step usually are not honest and upfront. My suggestion is try the place out to see for yourself. Any concerns, let the manger know, but most people will be...
Read moreI called to make appointment and for a deep tissue massage. I was told $65 for one hour and that they are available now. The lady made a mistake and only charged me $45 to my card and asked me to just add the difference to my tip. She started to say that deep tissue is "a lot of work" that I should give a $25 tip!. (I have not even had a service yet) I said, I usually pay $85 tip already included at King Spa in Dallas. The service was very poor! it was more like a rub than acupressure. I could tell she has not had any professional training whatsoever. Horrible place! waste of...
