Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Plano

Every commercial they have stresses how fast Jimmy Johns is. 0.o I've had their carry out and it's an overpriced but decent sandwich. After tonight, I'll never get take out from them again. I ordered my sandwich and 45 minutes later, I call back because it still wasn't here. Whoever answered tells me that he'll take $4 off my next order and I'm wondering how he thinks I'm ordering from them again. While I'm on the phone with the store, the driver gets here. I hang up to answer the door and I hand him the money (plus a tip) and ask him where my tea is and the driver tells me there's no tea on the receipt. I point it out and the guy and after he tells me well, "uh.. I don't know" , half way offers to go get it and bring it back. Sort of. By now, I don't even want the sandwich. I call back and tell the guy I talked to minutes before that the tea is also missing. He knows I'm unhappy now. I won't be getting my money back because I won't be going back. Came here for quick lunch before headed into work.

Parking lot was pretty full, once inside it took several minutes while I was standing in front of register before I was greeted. Once they did the staff was friendly and quickly took my order & had my sandwich ready literally in 1 Minute, super fast!

Unfortunately they did not ask me if meal was for here or to go so they did not offer me a bag to take meal to work.

I ordered the Italian Night Club combo with Jalapeño Chips & Drink. The sandwich was ok but some of the meat felt like it was out in the open a little bit longer than usual. Tried their new Kickin' Ranch & was actually pretty good.

Overall the vibe in restaurant was good & staff was nice, just a few minor adjustments in attention to detail can easily have them at 5 stars with the quickness & effectiveness they have at...

I am DEFINITELY a happy customer! Not only did I receive a Jimmy John's gift card from corporate in the mail, Chad (the owner) provided me a meal on him (and delivered to my job!!!). I am definitely pleased with how this situation was handled, by both Chad and corporate, and will be ordering from them again. Thank you Chad!!

Would give 0 stars if possible! Not only did I order off of Doordarsh and not get my order, I called to let them know, and it STILL wasn't delivered! I had to wait to get OFF OF WORK to go up there and get my order! To top it off, it wasn't made correctly! (Pictures Below) I will NEVER order from this JJ ever again! Doordarsh or NOT!!
