So I ordered a pizza online and something went wrong with the website because my order was sent to the store wrong (this part I donāt blame them for).
The delivery driver Jarod acted as if this was his last delivery before he quits. When I open the pizza, the toppings are wrong. I called the store and Jacob told me that they were not going to do anything for me at all. I told him my girlfriend doesnāt eat black olives and wanted to see if they could remake my pie. I was told no. When I asked if I need to tell my girlfriend to go to bed hungry I was informed āuh yeahā by Jacob.
I called the corporate customer service number and they contacted the manager at the store. He offered to replace the pizza, but by now Iām sure he will spit in it so I said no, Iād rather return it and get a refund. A refund was agreed upon and I tossed the pizza. I was informed that within 2 days I would receive an email from the franchise owner. After 3 days with no response I called customer service again and they told me that the ticket was closed because āI came to the store to apologize and no refund neededā ummm no, I didnāt. My girlfriend and I went to bed hungry that night.
So now the ticket is re-opened and we will see what happens. I swear on my life I will never go back to this location and will persue all avenues to ensure everyone that touched this is held accountable. Yes including you MRS. I waited about 15 minutes and I finally went back inside. They handed me a pizza and I asked him. Why didnāt yāall come get me or wave at me and he said oh I donāt know had a tip in my hand but didnāt leave it. And so got all the way home my bad I didnāt open it while I was there. Itās a pineapple pizza, not pepperoni and itās stone cold so I had to call up there. They said they would give me the pepperoni and I went back up there and they try to hand me the probably the original pepperoni pizza I asked for a fresh pizza being made since I had already been at This for about 30 minutes so I said I wanted a fresh pizza by the time I got there got there. The pizza is cold probably the same one That they shouldāve give me the first place and then he said Iāll make you fresh one and he gave me a refund which is fine but still not happy for having to make two trips up there having to wait 15 minutes the first time 15 minutes a second time so now Iām an hour in and finally getting a pizza while I was in there thereās three people working theyāre just joking around yelling back-and-forth to each other very unprofessional atmosphere not really not sure if Iām even gonna eat the pizza because of the fact that I donāt know what they did to it. Called to complain and manager said I would get 40% off next order. Tried to order again today and it was a disaster. First I was told they have no record of the discount I was previously offered and said the best they can do is 25%. (Frustrating but whatever) I tried to order āPick Your Faveā of medium pizza and garlic knots. But I was told the medium pizza does not apply to the āPick your Faveā although it was listened on website. After a long back and forth and the lady just trying to sell me a large pizza she finally agrees and gets the medium pizza and garlic knots on the bill under āPick your Faveā Total was $13.xx. She asked if paying in person or over the phone. I requested to apply the 25% off discount and was told āno you canāt combine offersā. I explained that I understand if it was a regular discount but the discount came from their previous mistake and should be honored. She said those kinds of things can only be handled in store. I say ok I will pay for it in the store then to get this squared away. After a moment of pause she says I am only able to pay over the phone to void the possibility of getting the discount.
The entire situation was so frustrating. I will never order from here again. I rather call little Cesarās, dominos, Pizza Hut....
