I'm sorry to say that my experience at KFC today was an absolute disaster. I had an extremely frustrating time trying to order my food, as the order taker seemed more focused on finishing quickly than getting the order right. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to ensure that there would be no miscommunication, but even then, my order was still incorrect.
To make matters worse, when I got home and opened my order, I realized that the restaurant was out of chicken tenders and no one had bothered to inform me. This was extremely frustrating, and it would have been a basic courtesy for the staff to let me know that they didn't have what I ordered.
When I returned to the restaurant to request a refund, the order taker had a poor attitude and asked me why I wanted a refund. I explained that my order was incorrect and that I had been given drumsticks instead of the white meat chicken and tenders that I had ordered. It was incredibly unecessary to have to deal with this level of incompetence and lack of professionalism.
To make matters worse, the food itself looked over-fried and unappetizing. I didn't even want to touch it. I finally got my refund, but the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. If the staff had been more attentive and honest, I could have saved time and KFC wouldn’t have lost money.
Overall, I cannot recommend this particular KFC location based on my experience. The staff's lack of attention to detail, poor customer service skills, and subpar cooking techniques are simply unacceptable. I would advise others to look for dining...
Read more0 stars. I don’t know why I keep giving this KFC another chance. It’s always a bad experience and always a mistake on their end. On four different visits (June 24th, July 2nd, July 17th, and now September 5th) my order has been wrong. Each time I’ve had to go back, get a refund, or wait an excessive amount of time for their mistakes to be fixed.
Today was the worst. I placed an Uber Eats order and they completely left out one order. All it takes is a little care and double-checking, but they clearly don’t care. They’re just throwing food in bags to get the job done. When I came back for my missing items, I asked to speak with the manager. A young lady at the front with two facial piercings (bull piercing) was rude and dismissive, acting like the mistake was mine instead of theirs. No accountability at all, even though I stayed calm and polite. She even told me the manager was busy and shrugged her shoulders as if it didn’t matter.
The manager walked back and forth in front of me for 15 minutes on the phone, saw me sitting there, and never once acknowledged me. After he got off the phone, he went straight to the back instead of addressing the situation. I never spoke to the manager and ended up waiting another 35 minutes just to receive the missing items.
This location has consistently shown poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for customers’ time. The staff and manager seem like they hate their jobs and take it out on the people paying for their food.

I let it be. My third visit had major shortages and other items, KFC bowls, missing ingredients. That was too much to ignore, so I sent an ugly gram to KFC. The next morning, I received a call from the manager, she apologized many times and when I went back a few days later, she took care of the situation and restored my faith in KFC. A few weeks later, I returned, ordered, payed and was sent to the parking lot to await my order. It was brought out, I was assured all my order was there and I left. Upon arriving home, I found major shortages . I immediately called the store and was told, " Oh yeah, we noticed you forgot a bag of your order, but you had already left." I exclaimed, "Ma'am, I didn't FORGET anything, I ordered, I payed, I waited, YOU forgot my items!" No apology and I was blamed for the shortage! Went back a few days later, explained the situation and was told by the new manager, " Oh, I remember you, that was a blessed day!" ??????!!!! I didn't feel blessed that day, I felt ripped off! She gave me the items I was shorted and still, never an apology. I miss KFC, but will never spend my monies there again.
