KFC — Restaurant in Plano

Please don’t go to this location if you want your food to be fresh or respectful customer service from the manager. This isen’t the idea location to go to.

The manager is very, rude, disrespectful and will laugh in your face as she lie to you. Yesterday my son and I made a visit. Moving forward we order online but made it to the location early to make sure our food is fresh. What a joke right. The manager had us to pull up as we waited a good 24 minutes to be directly.

So, within waiting why the food still wasn’t fresh. Why it was brought to the manager attention. Instead of her fixing the problem she decided to be very rude and respectful on top of making an argument with me. As a paying customer that was really respectful about the food. The manger wanted to laugh in my face knowing good well she was lying on top of that continue to be disrespectful.

Let’s move forward she finally agreed to fix my food as that was another additional 28 mins of waiting just for the food to still not be fresh or hot. At this point I’m extremely piss didn’t make an argument about it but instead told her Corprate will be contacted. She made it her point to say she doesn't care and don’t need this job. People like this shouldn’t be working with people or around their food.

Lastly, let’s not forget as I was waiting on my food she making a transaction with another customer over the counter with items that appears to come from the dollar store. Again unprofessional and sad… I have it all on video as she informed the customer wile making a transaction that that internet isn’t working. Living proof that she doesn't value her job.

Manager, store and food needs...

Went to get lunch for my family. Took about 20 minutes to get my food (went inside) when I get to the car I decided I better check it. Sure enough one of the meals is missing a piece of chicken (3pc big box) I had 2 pieces of chicken and I piece of breading that had fallen off I guess they counted that as the 3rd so since at this point it is absolutely pouring I decided instead of getting ot of the car I would pull through the drive through. I pull up to the speaker and am immediately told to hang on... when he finally came back to see what I needed the inside of my car and myself are soaked because if roll up the window I can't hear when he comes back and 4 cars behind me have pulled away and the one still there has honked several times like I'm choosing not to pull forward. I then had to spend another 5 or 10 minutes repeating that I had already ordered but was missing food when he finally figures it out he asked if I needed a breast or what piece and I said yes a breast so at the window he hands me a box with a leg and 2 cookies to make up for my time. I'm sorry 2 cookies don't make up for a soaked car and what is now cold food. I finally get home and pull the food out to eat and my husband realizes instead of potatoes and macaroni he got double macaroni. Next time I'll just go around the corner to popeyes better quality better service and comparable price. I will never come back to...

Food is always good. Issues with past 3 visits during the last month. Visit 1. Chocolate cake was bought but left out of our bags. Visit 2. Ordered, paid, waited for awhile. Was asked if we wanted to wait for about 22 minutes for the pot pie. ( No.) Asked if I could bake it at home. Got instructions and cold pot pie and left. Visit 3. Tonight. Ordered, paid, waited about 10 minutes with one driver behind us. Asked if we could wait 6 minutes. I offered to park to wait for the food. He said the person behind us had to wait, too, so we should stay at the window. They took another order then asked if I could drive around to the window again. It took about 20 minutes from order to getting our food. This KFC is NOT fast food...
