Came to sonic and as I have 100 time I ordered a water with strawberry's, got to the screen and pressed the button to ask them to make my drink with sparkling water (because this is not a option on the app) normally this is a fairly painless process and they make the drink with sparkling water, as it's literally just water. But when I clicked the button at this sonic and told the lady I had an order before I could politely ask anything I was barked at and told my order was on the way. After I was given the chance to speak I asked, as I have hundreds of times, if I could have my drink with sparkling water and I was told no, that's a completely different thing then water, I asked if they can just make it sparking instead of still I was told no again, and you have to do that on the app, when I reminded the worker that isn't a option on the app she ended the chat over the system and just brought my water out with no solution to my problem. I'm truly at a loss on why this turned into be being attacked for something I've done many many times. I hope this doesn't happen again but I'll definitely be trying to...

I live nearby so if I'm in a rush this is an easy stop for food - but it's last on my list now because they have messed up every single one of my last 10 orders.
Simple stuff like 'No Mayo' or 'No Lettuce' is apparently too much of a modification as somehow it's always wrong even if it's specified correctly on the receipt that they tape to the bag.
If you're going here for drinks, you're probably fine, but if you are here for food you should avoid asking for anything different than what the menu says since they'll likely ignore your request if you do.
I would believe it's just bad luck, but it's so consistent at this point it seems intentional.
If I drive 20 minutes to a different sonic I don't have this issue so it's something with this location specifically.
Go across the street to KFC - you're better off getting food there.

Read moreBetween my self and my siblings me and my family easily come to this location 10x a week and some weeks push 20. Lately I come by after getting off work at 9 and several times it's been closed early or I've gone to multiple stalls to order and simply not even gotten an answer through the things. I don't know whether the stalls are broken and I just manage to get unlucky in that I go to the ones that are but either the equipment or the employees need to be fixed cause given how inexpensive the food is I always tip more than 100% and it kind of feels like a slap I'm the face to not even be able to get service on the nights when it hasn't been closed early and every franchise has the same mozzarella sticks.
