Once again disappointed; but this time I was given a trespassing warning. So ridiculous. Placed an app order went through the drive-through to retrieve my order to my surprise. The lady had her hand hanging out the window with my order. I was so pleased excited finally I went through the drive-through, and was giving my order at the window, without being asked to be pulled into one of the waiting slots, we’re driving off and my daughter started pulling items out of the bag one of which was a drink and I know I didn’t order a drink so I told her put it back it’s not our order went back through the drive-through where I heard her telling another driver that she didn’t have that order I figured maybe it was the order she had handed me so I go through the drive-through and tell her that I got the wrong order she was upset that I had open the bag. I told her I’m sorry I’m driving when I went through the drive-through I gave you my order number and this is what you handed me. She then told me that that’s why they have receipts on the side of the bag so I can check it before I open it. I just asked her to please give me my order. She then told me she didn’t have my order. I showed her my app and she told me to move out of the line because her time was running. She wanted me to cancel my order. I told her I was not going to cancel it I just need her to either refund me my money or hand me my order, all she was worried about was the time running…. This location seems like all they worry about Is that time. Customer service is the last thing on their mind. I didn’t get the name of the employee all I know is she was pregnant was working the drive-through about 1:30 AM Tuesday.

Update Delivery drivers have to stand outside the front door and ring the bell to pick up deliveries even at 1:30 and at 2am when business is closed. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. I ordered two double cheeseburgers (nothing else) and presented a coupon for "buy one get one free on any sandwich." The lady at the window refused to accept my coupon, incorrectly stating that "it was for only Big Macs and quarters pounders only" I said no it's a receipt coupon for buy on get one any sandwich" then she tried saying " no it's buy one get one for $1" while refusing to even look at my coupon. Then she said well even if it's that it'll be 24.39 and kept insisting that the total would be $24.39. This situation was highly frustrating as I had never encountered such a discrepancy before. According to the coupon and if I would've ordered through the app, the total should have been $3.24. I have no idea how she could've possibly come up with $24.39. My family and I were left hungry and disappointed due to this issue. I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that such misunderstandings do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Regardless I told him I did and he kept insisting with an attitude I dint. I have been here multiple times and I have used the app for half of my orders, and have had no issue until today. He’s name was Roman, it’s what he gave for he’s name regardless there was no reason for him to press me and have an attitude towards me for no reason when all he had to do is just hand me my food and not talk to me. I will escalate this and I know for a fact there’s a camera on the drive thru with microphones.

We showed up around 12:30 to 12:40. We were in line and the cashier took the order of two cars on the other side. When it’s two lines it’s supposed to be one and one on each side. When they finally took our order, my dad asked why they skipped our order and and took two from the other side. Instead of providing good customer service the cashier just ignored us and took the order on the other side again. So we went up to the window and the manager was immediately hostile saying that we yelled at them at the speaker. We did not my dad naturally has a loud voice and was speaking in his natural voice. The manager was rude to us at the window and wouldn’t listen to us. She started saying rude things to us. We just wanted to order but she said we’d have to go back to the screen to order or we’d just have to leave because we were holding up their line. If their line was held up it was because of their bad customer service. The manager said she’d give us our order for free if that’s what we were looking for. We told her we’d pay because we weren’t “looking for anything” like she said. Like what kind of response was that. We are customers, that’s no way to speak to customer. We told her that and she immediately got aggressive again. Finally we finally got our food WHICH WE PAID FOR and she practically threw the order and our change back at us and slammed the window in our face and cured at us “ f**king people” like as if she was tired of us and just wanted us to get out of her face After we ordered she yelled out our order to the crew( one sprite and large fried) but she said medium instead of large. When my dad corrected her she started huffing and getting mad again for no reason. We were just correcting her so we the CUSTOMER could get our order correct In addition to this while we were asking to speak to the person in charge she closed the window in our faces and started to speak to the people working inside instead of resolving the problem with us.

( she also told my dad, who was the one speaking, to talk nicer to her. She insisted that my dad was yelling even when he was telling her that that was his regular voice. How could she think that she has the right to demand FROM A CUSTOMER to change their natural way of speaking to make them the service provider more comfortable. )

Horrible customer service Especially from that lady. How dare she start yelling at customers who are making a valid complaint and try to make it seem like we are the ones at fault by saying that she skipped our order because we were rude. We were not rude we were making a complaint, which happened because of their lack in customer service. She should get fired or at least demoted if she is indead a manager

I ordered a Big Mac with extra lettuce, extra onions, extra pickles, and extra sauce with no bun. I also ordered a basket of fries. My order was placed on the mobile app for pick up in the drive through. When I got to the location to pick up my order, I was asked to pull forward into one of the numbered spaces. I waited for over 5 minutes before I received my order. The worker ran over to me and gave me my order. I checked my order because the bag felt kind of small. The Big Mac was made with a bun. I pulled back into the drive through and told them they made my order wrong. I pulled up to the window and they made me a Big Mac with no bun. I pulled away without checking it then decided to pull into a parking lot to check my order. The Big Mac was made with no bun but did not have the extra sauce, pickles, onion or lettuce. So I headed back and told them that they made my order wrong again. I was asked to pull up to the window. I also spoke to the manager. The manager did not say anything,. He just stared at the sticker. that showed how it was supposed to be made. I asked him if they were having problems. I also asked him what the hell their problem was. They gave me another basket of fries that I did not ask for and gave me another Big Mac with no bun that was still not made the way I ordered it. The worker in the drive through asked me to pull into one of the numbered spaces. I told her no. She then responded and asked me Please? I again said no. I told her that if they need me out of the way, they need to hurry up and make my order the way I ordered it. When I was given the Big Mac with no bun, I checked it and it was still not made right. I handed it back to the worker . I was given another one and finally it was made the way I ordered it. I was pretty upset and flustered with at this point with 3 empty bags 2 basket of fries, which I did not want one of them. So basically I had a mess in my car after the whole ordeal, so I tossed one of the bags into the window. And tried to pull away. The next thing I know the girl working in the drive through balls up the bag and throws it at my car. I stopped and got out of my car and asked the girl what her damn problem was. She told me that I shouldn't have thrown the bag at her. I merely tossed it into the window after having to deal with the fact they could not make my order right. I did not know that it was acceptable for a worker that is hired to serve people to throw things at customers. My personal opinion is that that girl needs to learn how to keep her emotions under control when dealing with a customer that is not satisfied due to the fact that they were not able to make an order correctly after 3 tries. This restaurant is the most unfriendly McDonald's in the DFW area for Uber delivery drivers. Maybe the Uber drivers near this restaurant are the worst in the DFW area, or maybe the food ordering people around this restaurant generally have poor or no tips. , resulting in a conflict between the three parties.
