We showed up around 12:30 to 12:40. We were in line and the cashier took the order of two cars on the other side. When it’s two lines it’s supposed to be one and one on each side. When they finally took our order, my dad asked why they skipped our order and and took two from the other side. Instead of providing good customer service the cashier just ignored us and took the order on the other side again. So we went up to the window and the manager was immediately hostile saying that we yelled at them at the speaker. We did not my dad naturally has a loud voice and was speaking in his natural voice. The manager was rude to us at the window and wouldn’t listen to us. She started saying rude things to us. We just wanted to order but she said we’d have to go back to the screen to order or we’d just have to leave because we were holding up their line. If their line was held up it was because of their bad customer service. The manager said she’d give us our order for free if that’s what we were looking for. We told her we’d pay because we weren’t “looking for anything” like she said. Like what kind of response was that. We are customers, that’s no way to speak to customer. We told her that and she immediately got aggressive again. Finally we finally got our food WHICH WE PAID FOR and she practically threw the order and our change back at us and slammed the window in our face and cured at us “ f**king people” like as if she was tired of us and just wanted us to get out of her face After we ordered she yelled out our order to the crew( one sprite and large fried) but she said medium instead of large. When my dad corrected her she started huffing and getting mad again for no reason. We were just correcting her so we the CUSTOMER could get our order correct In addition to this while we were asking to speak to the person in charge she closed the window in our faces and started to speak to the people working inside instead of resolving the problem with us.
( she also told my dad, who was the one speaking, to talk nicer to her. She insisted that my dad was yelling even when he was telling her that that was his regular voice. How could she think that she has the right to demand FROM A CUSTOMER to change their natural way of speaking to make them the service provider more comfortable. )
Horrible customer service Especially from that lady. How dare she start yelling at customers who are making a valid complaint and try to make it seem like we are the ones at fault by saying that she skipped our order because we were rude. We were not rude we were making a complaint, which happened because of their lack in customer service. She should get fired or at least demoted if she is indead a manager

My order was placed on the mobile app for pick up in the drive through. When I got to the location to pick up my order, I was asked to pull forward into one of the numbered spaces. I waited for over 5 minutes before I received my order. The worker ran over to me and gave me my order. I checked my order because the bag felt kind of small. The Big Mac was made with a bun. I pulled back into the drive through and told them they made my order wrong. I pulled up to the window and they made me a Big Mac with no bun. I pulled away without checking it then decided to pull into a parking lot to check my order. The Big Mac was made with no bun but did not have the extra sauce, pickles, onion or lettuce. So I headed back and told them that they made my order wrong again. I was asked to pull up to the window. I also spoke to the manager. The manager did not say anything,. He just stared at the sticker. that showed how it was supposed to be made. I asked him if they were having problems. I also asked him what the hell their problem was. They gave me another basket of fries that I did not ask for and gave me another Big Mac with no bun that was still not made the way I ordered it. The worker in the drive through asked me to pull into one of the numbered spaces. I told her no. She then responded and asked me Please? I again said no. I told her that if they need me out of the way, they need to hurry up and make my order the way I ordered it. When I was given the Big Mac with no bun, I checked it and it was still not made right. I handed it back to the worker . I was given another one and finally it was made the way I ordered it. I was pretty upset and flustered with at this point with 3 empty bags 2 basket of fries, which I did not want one of them. So basically I had a mess in my car after the whole ordeal, so I tossed one of the bags into the window. And tried to pull away. The next thing I know the girl working in the drive through balls up the bag and throws it at my car. I stopped and got out of my car and asked the girl what her damn problem was. She told me that I shouldn't have thrown the bag at her. I merely tossed it into the window after having to deal with the fact they could not make my order right. I did not know that it was acceptable for a worker that is hired to serve people to throw things at customers. My personal opinion is that that girl needs to learn how to keep her emotions under control when dealing with a customer that is not satisfied due to the fact that they were not able to make an order correctly after 3 tries.
