AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I rarely give 1 star reviews but this place is as bad as the one off of Eldorado in Frisco (for more laughable experience read my review about that location). Ordered through the Doorsdash app for pick up and they never updated the status of the order. Tried calling them but the number went straight to voicemail. The spring roll is a big LOL as it was 95% lettuce. The $17 combination fried rice was small and not worth the money. The chicken pho regular size is laughable as the portion fits for a kid than an adult. The rice plate we ordered should have had a fried egg (we paid extra for it) that did not appear in the box. But back up to the ordering process. Not only did they not update the order via app, but when I picked up the order three men (I assume were employees or owners) were sitting down eating their own meals and took their sweet time to ask if I needed help. I then asked about my order, one gentleman checked one of the bags on the counter and said “it’s right here” and just stood there. Couldn’t even to be bothered to actually hand me the order. The only good Pho Que Huong location is the one in Plano off of midway.

DO NOT EVER order Banh Mi from here. It was such an embarrassment to represent Vietnamese style sandwich to my coworkers that I had to order Wingstop to compensate. I ordered 10 banhmi with grilled porks for office lunch. When the cashier told me they have to “heat them up” I’ve already regretted it but I’ve already paid before she said that. I accepted the fact that it is gonna be Americanized, but when I walked out and checked on them, they are dead cold and shrunk down. Apparently they didn’t bother to even heat anything up. I walked back in asking them why the buns and meat feel no heat, and they had the nerve to tell me that, “Oh, you are supposed to heat them up when you get home, it’s winter so everything is cold!!?????” I didn’t want to cause hassle and ask them to heat them up for me. They did that reluctantly and the Banh mis still didn’t look any better. Phở QuĂȘ HÆ°ÆĄng, how can you let this kind of practice ruin your name? I rarely write any reviews but this is beyond imagination. If the sandwich is in that condition you should at least have the decency to refuse serving.

Terrible service and unapologetic management. My wife called in an order for 3 of the A1 Vietnamese egg rolls and found these pieces of hair in her food. My wife is African American and her hair does not match the texture of the hair found in the food. I called and spoke to a woman and asked to speak to a manager, after a loud cacophony of them arguing in Vietnamese in the background a man who I can only assume was the manager got on the phone and accused me of trying to get one over on them and told me there was nothing he could do before hanging up on me. This is nothing short of a health code violation and unrepentant disdain for customers who are trying to show them patronage. I asked for the man’s name and he would not give it to me. Save your money and go get something else Unless you want lice with your rice.

Don't bother with anything besides their pho bowls. I've made the mistake of ordering their spring rolls, and the wrap was altogether too tough (and consequently too chewy), the substance in the roll was lacking, and the flavor was bland. The only thing that saved them was the peanut sauce. On a separate occasion, I ordered an appetizer of their fried tofu. Equally as unimpressed. Their rice dishes are okay, but the proportions seem a little off. Also, if you get the Lemon-grass chicken (their C2, I believe), it can come out a little tough.

As for their pho bowls, I recommend getting their P2 (speciality combo) or their P16 (meatballs). It's hard to screw up pho (though entirely possible), and they manage to bring out a solid bowl that won't break the bank. It's nothing to write home about, but I like it enough!

Their service, however, isn't great. I asked to move seats because they placed us at a table right in front of the door (there was a draft and it was chilly that day), and they only allowed us to move begrudgingly. The servers also seem to forget what order they should attend to their customers. Several parties that were seated after me had their orders taken before me. To add insult to injury, our food took forever to come out AND they messed up an order.

This place is a chain, and there's a better one down on 15th street and Independence. I recommend going to that one instead.

I've always enjoyed the food and service here but today was a horrible experience that will keep me from ever returning to this restaurant. I ordered Pho with flank steak, brisket, tendon and tripe. All good. When it came there was no tendon or tripe and the noodles weren't completely cooked. Not a big deal. The 60ish female manager (possibly owner because she's always there and rings everyone out), came by my table so I let her know. She told me that "sometimes you don't know what you're ordering" and next time I should order something without tendon or tripe. I politely explained that I WANTED those items, but they were not in the bowl and simply thought she should know. She then said that they "maybe only put in a couple little pieces for you, so not to much because you don't know what your ordering." What the HELL?? She literally rolled her eyes at me, huffed away and I never saw her again. At checkout, I got the quick fake smile and no eye contact. Again, what the HELL? I get that there are cultural differences but don't get pissed at me for actually expecting to receive what I order and think you were doing the right thing by making me what YOU think I SHOULD have ordered. But I suppose it was my fault. Far be it for a Caucasian to actually enjoy things like tendon and...

If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the worst restaurant and service I’ve ever experienced. There are much better options instead of this location. There’s a sign that says wait to be seated but the restaurant was nearly empty so I don’t know why it took so long to get us a table. The lady was super rude and extremely impatient when taking my order. I ordered the P10 and it was AWFUL. I wouldn’t even consider that being close to Pho. The broth was extremely OILY AND SALTY. I could’ve just ate a box a salt if I had known that. I had tiny pieces of meat that looked like they had been picked off of. My friend ordered the Chicken Pad Thai Flat Noodles (N1)and he said it was disgusting. When he asked to switch it out for something else, the lady (owner) had a complete attitude and didn’t want to takes his new order. We ended up paying our tab and didn’t even bother trying to get something else. Not to mention, I’m not sure if they have a plumbing problem but it smells like sewage waste in certain areas in the restaurant which also caused me to lose my appetite. If you want real food, go anywhere but here please!! It’s such a rip off and nowhere near Vietnamese cuisine. I will NEVER return to this...
