I recently dined at Signature Kabab and Grill and overall it was a great experience. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes and the service was friendly and attentive. However there were a few areas where they could improve.
Let's start with the positives. The food at Signature Kabab and Grill is exceptional. The flavors are rich and authentic and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. I particularly enjoyed their kebabs which were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The menu also offers a good selection of vegetarian options which is a plus. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was visually appealing.
The service staff were polite and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the end of our meal. They were attentive to our needs and our orders came out in a timely manner. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. Overall the service added to the positive dining experience.
Now onto the areas where Signature Kabab and Grill could improve. Firstly the ambiance of the restaurant could use some work. While the interior was clean and well-maintained the decor felt a bit outdated. A modern touch or some renovations could enhance the dining atmosphere.
Lastly while the menu offered a decent variety of dishes I felt that there could be more options for those with dietary restrictions or specific preferences. Expanding the menu to include more vegan or gluten-free options would be a welcomed addition.
In conclusion Signature Kabab and Grill is a restaurant with excellent food and attentive service. Despite a few areas for improvement my dining experience was enjoyable. With some updates to the ambiance consistency in food preparation and an expanded menu this restaurant has the potential to become even better. I would recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for flavorful kababs and a friendly...
Read moreI hate giving 1 star reviews. But for a place that runs on dishonesty, I won't hold back. I ordered chicken biriyani for delivery. Instead, I received boiled white rice with 2 pieces of stale chicken. When I called, I was told that they had a banquet-hall party for which they made fresh biriyani. So, to hold enough biriyani for the party in their hall, they decided to fool me by giving me white rice with stale chicken instead of actual chicken biriyani that I ordered. I understand that retail businesses can make mistakes, but this place intentionally scammed me. And on top of that, instead of correcting this unethical behavior, the owner decided to respond to my review below, labelling me for speaking out the facts. It seems the owner always gets online to fight his customers, but he has no time to learn customer service or honesty. Now I see why they have horrible reviews on here and Yelp (So many customers complaining that the owner became aggresive toward them when they complained about the food).
You can see from the owner's response below that he won't talk about what they actually did wrong. Instead, he will label customers and even personally attack them, without ever even speaking to them about the actual issue where his restaurant slyly scams customers. He keeps calling customers rude but doesn't address the reasons why customers react in the first place. Clearly this place is run by a con-artist. If you can't run a business with honesty, at least stop labelling customers for their...
Read moreFirst of all, let's start with the water, it tasted like filtered urine. There were FLIES flying over our food in an in door restaurant!!!(pics below).
The garlic Naan we ordered was cardboard like and overly salty and churnchy to the point where you might as well call it chips. I'm pretty sure they serve grocery store bought frozen Naan.
Moving on to the entree: we ordered 2 entrees, the mixed kebab grill and brain masala. The kebabs tasted like they were dipped in salt and then they sprinkled some more salt on top of it. They were dry and the chicken kebab tasted sour (makes me think they serve expired food). The brain masala had tasted raw and undercooked. It had a spungy texture and felt chewy.
Moving on to the service: we told the waitress all of the entrees were overly salty and the chicken tasted sour like it had been sitting out. Instead of taking that feedback back to the chef, I believe her exact response was "oh ok" and walked away. And to top off their amazing food and service they automatically charge a gratuity of 18%!!!
These people should not be allowed to charge for their food, I'm pretty sure jail food would taste better. If you are planning on coming here for food Do Not and do yourself a favor and...
