From the moment I walked in the door, the employee working tonight made me and my 10 year old daughter feel like we were nothing but an inconvenience. He saw us walk in, he looked right at me, but instead of greeting he walked away into the back room. I just figured someone else would be waiting on us, so we waited, but no one came. I called twice for someone to help us, and it just so happened the only person there to take our order was the same employee that ignored us when we first arrived. When he finally came out of the back room, he seemed to be very unhappy. He walked up to the counter and just stood there, with a blank look in his eyes, didn't even ask if he could help us. The entire time while he made our samdwhices he moved very slow, he applied very little toppings (I had to ask him to add more of everything) and he would would not even make eye contact. He was extremely unmotivated, he seemed irritated any time I would ask for something, and overall made us very uncomfortable. I get it, we all have bad days, and sometimes we want to be anywhere but at work, but how hard is it to greet your customers with a friendly, pleasant attitude? How hard is it to say "Hello, how may I help you?" ? I did not get the name of this employee, but we visited the store located at 5960 W. Parker rd., it was 6:45-7pm on Thursday March 11th. I went so far as to put $2 in the tip jar because it was obvious this guy was miserable, I wanted to cheer him up. He didn't thank me, or tell me to have a nice evening, he said nothing after I tipped him, and he just stared off into space as we walked out the door. I will not be returning to this Subway...

This location has a very special place in my heart, and it would kill me to give it something less than three stars. The three stars are only because of how much this place means to me personally.
I always remember coming into this Subway with my friends during senior year of high school. We would just hang out and have a good time here. Sometimes, I would come alone after school and watch YouTube videos while eating my 6-inch sub. Those memories are precious, and they make this place special to me.
However, I have to be honest about the food and service. The bread is usually stale, and the people who work behind the counter barely understand what I'm saying. The ingredients aren't always so fresh either. Despite these issues, the fact that this place is very cheap keeps me coming back whenever I feel like getting Subway.
So, this is one of the better Subway locations you're going to get in terms of nostalgia and price. I'm not saying you shouldn't come here, but beware that bad...
