Service was super bad, we dined between Saturday 8.45 - 9.45 pm, as we entered the restaurant we were bluntly asked to order in kiosk which was not polite but still it’s becoming common in many restaurants so we were ok, then the food was served to us in disposable which again becoming common but the quality of the disposable is very bad, plates and soup bowls were made up of thermocol which is not supposed to be used for hot content and also very hot noodles were served in flimsy plastic togo container which started to deform because of food heat, they are trying to save cost but becomes health hazard for the customers who eat their food. To top it of we’re told last order was 9.30 even though the restaurant was open till 10 pm but we’re ok as it depends on each restaurant, then comes the final blow we were asked to leave at 9.45 pm as they want to clean and close the restaurant, that’s very bad service and never experienced any where else. I am guessing as most people do take away so I see the restaurant has 4+ star but I will say it’s barely...

The best takeout Thai place in the area! Their food always comes fresh, hot, and delicious! It is a street eats / takeout place though, so it's not the right place to go if you are looking for the most authentic Thai / Lao restaurant in DFW. Expect sweet and salty.

I'm very fond of the flavor of their red curry although it is sweet. Admittedly, a lot of their dishes are sweet. I also really like their crispy zaap wings and dancing garlics riblets. The wings arent breaded which prevents them from being soggy which is great for takeout. I personally like that, but it's...

We tried ZAAP for the first time, and it was amazing! The pineapple fried rice was our group's favorite - super flavorful, the best pineapple fried rice I've ever had. The pad woon sen had tons of veggies and meat mixed in, not like a lot of places where it's all noodles and nothing else! The Lao sausage was flavorful with crispy skin, and the peanut sauce for the fresh rolls was delicious. The Lao style papaya salad was bold and flavorful. For all the dishes we could adjust the spice level, which made it a great place to bring the kiddos. We will...

Trying a new restaurant and I ordered the Basil Fried Rice from a food delivery app. I ordered the dish with chicken and a spice level of "Spicy - 3." In my personal opinion, I like it spicier. However, since it is my first time ordering, I went with the middle of the road for spice level. I would order it spicier in the future. The flavor was good and I'm glad I ordered the Basil Fried Rice. I will order from here again and try something new.

Based on one visit for dinner. Local chain restaurant. Pricing seems to be on par with other Thai restaurants. Portion size was fair but perhaps a little below average. Order at a counter…this is sort of fast casual Thai. The two dishes I ordered were both below average in my opinion. Both a little too sweet and also a little salty for my taste.
