Service was super bad, we dined between Saturday 8.45 - 9.45 pm, as we entered the restaurant we were bluntly asked to order in kiosk which was not polite but still it’s becoming common in many restaurants so we were ok, then the food was served to us in disposable which again becoming common but the quality of the disposable is very bad, plates and soup bowls were made up of thermocol which is not supposed to be used for hot content and also very hot noodles were served in flimsy plastic togo container which started to deform because of food heat, they are trying to save cost but becomes health hazard for the customers who eat their food. To top it of we’re told last order was 9.30 even though the restaurant was open till 10 pm but we’re ok as it depends on each restaurant, then comes the final blow we were asked to leave at 9.45 pm as they want to clean and close the restaurant, that’s very bad service and never experienced any where else. I am guessing as most people do take away so I see the restaurant has 4+ star but I will say it’s barely...

Read moreWe tried ZAAP for the first time, and it was amazing! The pineapple fried rice was our group's favorite - super flavorful, the best pineapple fried rice I've ever had. The pad woon sen had tons of veggies and meat mixed in, not like a lot of places where it's all noodles and nothing else! The Lao sausage was flavorful with crispy skin, and the peanut sauce for the fresh rolls was delicious. The Lao style papaya salad was bold and flavorful. For all the dishes we could adjust the spice level, which made it a great place to bring the kiddos. We will...
