This location does not have a drive-thru. If you're looking for a Starbucks that offers drive-thru service, sadly you'll need to find another location.
I really enjoyed thia Starbucks location. It is locatedon on the corner of a strip mall. It shares a parking lot with Tom Thumb and Wells Fargo (Starbucks is kitty-corner from Tom Thumb). The interior is nice and spacious with plenty of seating. There is wheelchair-accessible parking, entry ramps, and seating. Outside seating, with umbrella's for shade, is also available. If, like me, you prefer not to be around a lot of people there is a nice little nook around the corner from the bar that is smaller, more intimate and quieter than the main area.
This Starbucks, like many others, offer coffee, iced coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, specialty drinks and much more. They also offer made-to-order food and desserts - all of which are very tasty in my opinion. I have yet to offer a food item that I dislike. Additionally, a wide variety of prepackaged drinks and snacks are available. They also carry prepackaged coffee beans - either ground or whole - and all manner of Starbucks merchandise, from coffee mugs to stickers, and everything in between.
There are two unisex bathrooms. Each with a toilet, changing table, sink, garbage can, receptions do feminine hygiene products, paper towel dispenser, mirror, and a utility hook on the back of the door for coats/bags. The bathrooms were fairly clean, but not as clean as I would keep my bathroom at home. The state of the restrooms is the only reason I'm giving this location 4 not 5 stars. I did let one of the baristas know and told them I would be back in a week. I will reassess the restrooms of that time and update this post if necessary.
The baristas were very pleasant and courteous. They made my order quickly. Communication was effortless, and they were a joy to talk with.
I've been to some Starbucks locations that are so cramped and small. I really like the open layout of...
Read moreStarbucks Customer Service Team,, I would like to notify the corporate team that I’m not at all happy with your in-store policies across the United States -- that On-line orders take precedent over my in person walk-in store order. Many times, I come for a barista experience that simply is absent in so many of your stores. I order my drink at the counter, only to wait for 20 online beverage orders to be made prior to my beverage that goes to the very end of the queue. I find this policy to be quire rude an extremely unfriendly, so much so, I often wonder why I continue to be a Starbucks customer at all.
Furthermore, I’m not of the generation that orders my beverage online. I want friendly engaged customer service. I don’t want to be ignored as if I do not exist when I’m in the store a real person at your counter. When I order in your store, my beverage should always take priority over online drink orders that simply sit there on the counter getting cold.
I ask that this policy immediately be changed to accommodate instore walk-in customers. Present customers should always be the priority. Anything less is simply unacceptable. Best...
Read moreI once was driving home from HEB and had the sudden urge to go number two. I could not hold it. When I was on the corner of Preston and Park, I felt it start to purge out. I had to get to a bathroom quick.
So, I drove 65 MPH down Park until I got to this nice Starbucks. I was walking across the parking lot and a BMW was going fast. Since I could not hold it much longer, I walked in front of the motorist and watched her slam the brakes. She yelled and me and I shouted profanity while giving her the bird while sprinting inside the store.
I barely made it to the toilets and let out a lot of foul odors and matter. I think I ate steak, potatoes, greens, tomatoes, and beer the night prior. Wow, how stinky. The bathroom was nice and did the job. The coffee is...
