Nice place, but at the time I went here, the cashier was rude. We went Monday at around 6:45 p.m., there was a middle-aged woman staff in the cashier whose hair length was past her shoulder. She was assisting an old Japanese woman and is very polite with her, but not with us. They’re holding the line as the other customer was talking to her instead of just moving to the other side so the other cashier could assist other customers. Maybe I should have just communicated in Japanese with them so they could be polite to us as well. We laid out our stuff at the table so we could pay, and I thought that they were not yet done talking, but she’s like, “Umm, excuse me?” I was trying to figure out what she meant, but I realized that she wanted to check out the customer she was talking with without explaining to me but just staring at me. Very rude. Next time I come back and receive the same service again, I will talk back to her. Bad service and to think that this is a Japanese company. 仕事をちゃんとやって下さい！

First time coming here, I had a great experience. The store was clean, Everything was organized and everybody was super nice when I needed assistance finding items. I kindly asked two employees about a specific item and they were very polite and helpful. I'm really excited i found this place and its only 20mins away from where i live vs the Carrollton location because I was looking for a US retail store for a specific item sold here so I dont haveto order overseas and wait two or more weeks for it to arrive and this store shockingly surprise me because they had it. Such cute items here. Only thing that stinks is that their items seems to be overpriced. Tiny pack of stickers runs about 10.99 and higher and their pens are overpriced as well then what amazon has them for and also Amazon had the same item i bought here for legit 80 buck cheaper. i really should have checked there first but Overall it was good store and had a good experience. if i really need an item illl be back again but I think the prices are based off of " convenience " so that's why I give it four stars and not five is bc their...

I love this place. Usually great staff. Had a bad experience with one of the workers today. Won’t give less than five stars however because I know she was probably just having a bad day, but I do think her attitude should be addressed.

I noticed a shirt bag that was open with the shirt crammed inside by someone else. I wanted to see what this shirt was and didn’t think to bother a busy staff member, so I took out the shirt, saw what it was, folded it, and nicely placed it back inside the bag. A worker came up to me and rudely told me to never do that again. There is no signage (at least from what I saw), but I apologized and said that I meant no harm, just wanted to see what was on the shirt since it was smushed inside an already opened bag. She said to ask for assistance and don’t ever do it again, then just walked away.
