Claw City — Attraction in Plano

Checked out yesterday and heading back today with my fiancée for a date. This claw arcade is in a great area, has a VIP program with additional incentives and more token options, and all the machines are in perfect condition. They have other coin and skill games as well as claw machines, too. The plushies are solid quality and the customer service is great- the 2 fellas behind the counter were very informative and so sweet. They’re happy to give advice and I also saw them fluff up a machine to help a kiddo get a toy where they plushies were packed down from too many attempts.

I snagged about 16 plushies, kept one for my pup, and traded in the rest to keep as points on my account. You can also save your tokens on your account if you don’t use them all, which I’ve never found at another claw arcade- they also have reusable baskets to stay eco friendly while you snag plushies. The claw machines are bright, clean, and actually winnable (a rare find!). The arcade has many machines with cute plushies. The staff was friendly and kept everything stocked and running smoothly.
