What we ordered: Italian Ben-⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Not very Italian aside from the fact it has prosciutto but good) Mixed Berry Pancakes-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(I liked the thickness and richness of these pancakes however the whipped cream in between wasn’t what I expected. Still good, berries were fresh and sweet. The reason why I liked them was because it honestly wasn’t an overpowering sweetness.) Calamari-⭐️⭐️ (a bit too salty, for my taste. Maybe to someone else it might be great. I will say the calamari was crispy and it tasted like they were freshly made. The salad and dressing in there was very tasty. I gave it 2 for the saltiness really. Otherwise it’d be like a 3 or 4) Hummus-⭐️⭐️⭐️ (for the price, especially if you’re sharing, given the amount of hummus, the pita chips it comes with aren’t enough) Pork belly croissant-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (four stars mainly for the Pork belly because it very tender & delicious. Croissant kind of tasted store bought, not that there’s anything wrong with that but price wise for this dish I’d expect a higher quality croissant & kind of wished it would’ve been toasted a little. Croissant was a little dry not as buttery or flaky) Chicken panini- ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (30 minutes late, 3 stars for the chicken because it was juicy) Lobster Rolls-⭐️⭐️⭐️(Didn’t take a picture but my husband said they were alright) Chicken & Waffles-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Didn’t take a pic, this was a to-go order but my brother said it was delicious) Drinks: Espresso-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Americano-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dragonfruit margarita-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Whiskey sour-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All the drinks were great! 👍 Service: I didn’t catch our waitress’s name but she was very sweet 😊 However, The reason why I rated the service a 2 is because during our waiting time for our panini, a Hispanic woman with greenish eyes and reddish brown hair (she had it in a bun) whom was distributing the food was a tad bit rude. It didn’t really seem like she wanted to be bothered and the only reason why we said something to her was because our waitress hadn’t made it back to us. She could’ve been having a bad day, however, it was disappointing to have waited that long for a panini with fries, she did tell us it was coming but then it didn’t 😅 When it did arrive the way she had delivered it was like she couldn’t be bothered. We watched everyone that came after us get all their orders almost instantly. We had to end up taking it to go. It was our first time there & it was busy, but I would’ve thought maybe the other things we ordered would’ve taken longer than a sandwich with fries 😅 Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The place is absolutely aesthetically pleasing. Lives up to its name “Bloom” the wisteria hanging from the ceiling was absolutely stunning. Overall: For a special occasion or brunch with your gal pals this is a great spot. The hype this place has is 💯 very instagram worthy ❤️ We did spend a pretty penny here since we ordered so much! However price range if you’re getting a drink, app and dish possibly 40-50 bucks.

This is such a quaint and unique little gem tucked into a shopping center that you might see and drive by; boy you’re missing out. This has such a cute vibe and certainly beautiful. The kind of place that has photo opportunities everywhere. Jorge (owner) has designed the perfect backdrop flower wall for lasting memories of a plush brunch! Bar is amazing and so eye catching, with thick padded stools that completely complimented the squatty colors of the plush seats at the tables. Pops of color everywhere and such quality in each decor decision. The food was a bigger variety than you expect for a front and back one page menu! I’m not a fan of Eggs Benedict so I like to try new spins on it to see how it goes. I tried the avocado eggs Benedict and asked for no running eggs. Being a HUGE bread fan my only personal dislike was the thin thin thin English muffin it came on. I was surprised the sauce was good since I usually don’t like hollandaise sauce. Worth the risk to try something new. My associate had the chicken and waffles as a recommendation by our waitress. BOY was she right! The chicken was crisp and flaky, lots of breading if you don’t like that keep that in mind; also the waffle with fruit was beautifully presented, but the SMELL made my mouth water. Both dishes were wonderfully visually appealing which is always a bonus. Last but certainly not least, the staff. A-Mazing. The bartender was our waitress and her name is KEY. Remember that for the key to the best service. She was ideal; had suggestions, has knowledge of the menu, fast attention, skilled at beautiful drinks she made, and more importantly wouldn’t tell you she liked something unless she tried it. I love that honesty in a server. I would rather know you haven’t tried it or is not a preference for you personally than the typical everything is great answer. I appreciated the attention and friendliness she projected. Not to mention that she fits perfectly in there and as beautiful as that place is she stands out! Bravo to Jorge (the owner) for making this a beautiful breakfast/brunch/lunch destination that feels more like an experience rather than a typical restaurant. You have a nice gem here! He was very welcoming and kind but not to mention attentive to a swift service if that is your intention versus a lovely time shared gathering. He can do it all!! Bravo! We will return!

My recent visit to Bloom Lounge in Plano, TX, was unfortunately marred by several issues that significantly impacted our experience. The primary issue arose when we arrived with a group of over 8 people and were informed by the manager that they do not accommodate larger groups. This policy was not clearly communicated beforehand, leading to confusion and frustration.Despite the initial setback, we were eventually seated. However, our troubles did not end there. The service was incredibly slow, with even the most basic request for water taking a staggering 20 minutes to fulfill. This extended wait for something as simple as water left us feeling neglected and unattended to.Furthermore, the lack of accommodation for larger groups coupled with the sluggish service created an atmosphere that was far from welcoming or enjoyable. It's disappointing when a venue's policies and service fall short, especially when customers are looking forward to a pleasant dining or lounging experience. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Bloom Lounge, particularly for big groups. The manager's refusal to accommodate larger parties, coupled with the slow service, detracted significantly from what could have been an enjoyable visit. If you're planning an outing with a sizable group, I would advise exploring other options in the area that are more accommodating and attentive to their customers' needs.
