This particular Jack in the Box sucks!!! Drive through is always slow regardless of the time you go. The staff seem out of it on literally every interaction i've ever had with them. No one seems to care about anything nor have the mental capacity to coherently take an order. Much less accurately fulfill the order. They don't even know their own menu.
If you choose to go here then it would serve you well to remain at the window while you check your order to ensure it is correct or go in to order your food. I've been here more than 10 times simply because it is close to work. However, I will not go back as they have NEVER gotten my order fully correct.
This franchise location needs a complete personnel overhaul. I try not to judge others, but the staff here all seem completely incompetent of performing the simplest tasks. Perhaps it's their attitude, lack of moral character, or even substance related as i've seen glossy eyes and smelled questionable aromas (not to speculate..much) numerous times.
The bottom line - Know that your order will almost certainly be incorrect here and take longer than any drive through should on...
Read moreNever again will I come back. First and last time I'll ever come back. They repeated my order back to me and still got it wrong. I asked for American cheese, they gave me cheddar, I asked for bacon, and they gave me sausage. Waste of time and money, but they certainly won't get anymore of mine. And the guy at the window tried to send us off without the drink that I paid for, they had unprofessional music playing so loud you could hear if from outside the drive through window. I'm disappointed. If management doesn't know, then they should know how lazy and unprofessional the kitchen staff is. Poor service all around. They didn't even bother giving us a receipt, but I know who to contact next after this.
UPDATE: The store manager called me and apologized, after I filed a formal complaint on their website. He offered to send me free food vouchers that I accepted, but never recieved. I was planning to update my rating once I got them, but since it has been 8 months and I still dont have them, it's a well deserved 1 star rating. Haven't gone...
Read moreEdit: Tried them again. Same problem. Went through the drive through, where the mumbly voice on the speaker took my order. When I got to the window I was met with, "What was joo orden"? I just drove away. This place is NOT run how a JIB should be. (Although JIB as a chain is fairly famous for poor English on a poor speaker) I ordered a breakfast platter and a drink. (From the manager, who was busy ignoring me while doing something else) I got the breakfast platter, but no drink. When I pointed that out to the person giving me the food that I didn't get a drink, all she could repeat was "jus only order de platter." She didn't offer to either give or sell me a drink. All she could do was repeat the same statement. Maybe the order was incorrect because I spoke English.perhaps if Jack in the Box invested in English classes for their employees, or here's a hint charge a little more and hire people who can already speak English, orders would be correct greater than 10%...
