I am only placing a 1 because I could place a zero. My wife and I brought another family and there kids for a lunch while traveling. Place order #1003 with manger Alexandro taking our order on 07/13/2025 10:49 am. We ordered a total of three new takis fuego chicken meals. Asked for spicy chicken on all three. Placed order for two kids meals. A jr deluxe cheeseburger and an additional spicy Asiago club meal. During the order process the manger said we are out of Asiago cheese. We sub for American cheese. The manger then did not explain before placing the order that there over 100 flavor coke machine was out of everything but original coke. We still didn’t complain and just decided we would get drinks after we left. Then we get our order to find both of our kids meals where placed in one bag with only one toy and only one kids fry. We asked for our additional fry and then realized they also shorted us a whole takis fuego chicken sandwich. We were sitting down and explained to the manger he could come take a look for his self. Then the lady working the sandwich board decided to agure with the manger and started speaking in Spanish not knowing we to can speak Spanish and understood her saying they “we” where just trying to get free food. Mind you I just paid 65.94 for the meal I ordered. I didn’t want anything free I wanted the meal and the products I paid for. They also didn’t have any chili more napkins. At this time the manger decided to offer a refund which I did not ask for I asked for the sandwich I ordered and paid for. They also shorted us the regular fry for the Asiago chicken sandwich combo. Once completed the manger explained after he had said he was going to issue a refund that he “called” his manger and they said they couldn’t do that because the food was already eaten which at the time we didn’t even have our drinks nor have eaten the food. I am calling the health board. And the corporate. And I also will be filling the bbb and every possible complaint online I can. The manger even tried to give a free frosty at that point. I don’t want free stuff I wanted the products I paid for. He made the excuse of being out of everything because the truck hadn’t came and management cut there “budget”. So mangers have cut there budgets of ordering the products on there menu, the napkins and drinks, and also cleaning products. Read moreMe and my family continue to be disappointed with this location and I am finally convinced that these are not just one-off occurrences, but proof of a location being driven into the ground by its management. This location did not give me issues when I lived here a few years ago, but now that I have returned and visited the store multiple times upon moving back, it is very clear how poorly this establishment is being cared for in comparison to other locations or even the nearby, competing stores. We have tried to order in multiple ways (DoorDash delivery and pickup, walk-in, drive-through) and have had an issue every single time without fail. I don’t know which part finally sealed it for me: the disrespect with which they treat their customers (the manager screamed at a couple of young boys who were sitting at a table quietly and waiting for their father during one of my recent visits), the lack of care with which orders are thrown together that cause customers to have to request their missing items multiple times (to be met with additional attitude), their refusal to accept cash for payment, the manager’s fire hazard of a car in the parking lot, the fact that they only ever have about 40% of their menu available, the poor quality of foods which are being served, the 30+ minute waits when there are no other customers, or the disgusting environment they let their customers wade around in. Read moreMy experience at this location today wasn't pleasant. I entered through the drive thru line where I could barely hear the guy on the mic. When I pulled up to the window I asked to use one of my wendy's rewards before handing over my card. Apparently the employee working the drive thru had already did something in the system so that it wouldn't accept my rewards. A higher authority service member came over to help and tried to explain that because it didn't read the reward the first time I wouldn't be able to use the reward. I asked him to clear the order and start over then. He said I would have to pull ahead. I complied. Then the employee that had been helping me comes out and asks for my phone for the rewards. I wasn't comfortable with that so I went inside at which point the service member took my phone. I received the food from my order but one of the burgers wasn't prepared plain like I asked so I had to send it back. Then I had to ask for straws because they didn't put those in the bag. When he hands me my rewards order it's the wrong item. I didn't even ask for the correction. I just left. I won't be returning for some time.
