I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Studio in the lobby of the Hotel, a Marriott property, while meeting with a client, and our experience was significantly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Leah. From the moment we settled at our high table, Leah approached us with a warm smile, ready to make our visit as enjoyable as possible.
Leah’s professionalism was immediately apparent. She possessed an impressive in-depth knowledge of the menu, particularly the various meat options. Her enthusiasm when discussing the different protein choices drew us in, and her suggestion was spot on—it was delightful! Leah clearly understands the nuances of the dishes, and her ability to articulate the ingredients and preparation methods made our experience even more enriching.
What I found particularly impressive was Leah’s ability to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Despite the bustling atmosphere of the lobby, she ensured that we felt like valued guests. Leah struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and space, checking in at all the right moments without interrupting our conversation. Her friendly demeanor created a relaxed environment that allowed us to focus on our meeting.
Leah’s attention to detail truly stood out. She was diligent in ensuring our coffees were always topped off (despite the fact that the Coffee show was already closed for the day: Outstanding! ) and that we had everything we needed throughout our time there. Her commitment to outstanding service was evident and made our experience smooth and enjoyable.
If you find yourself at the Marriott Dallas Renaissance Hotel in Plano, make sure to seek out Leah. Her professionalism, extensive knowledge of the menu, and genuine ability to connect with guests will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience.
Thank you, Leah, for your exceptional service and for making our...
Read moreThis place was an absolute disaster. The waiter had no idea what he was doing. We had three parties in our group and he charged the same bill twice to two of the groups. He then came back stating that one of the tabs was still open and that he needed the cards back to run them again. After showing our receipts and proving that we paid all three of the tabs they gave us (two $22 tabs were paid), he returned with the “manager” who wouldn’t listen to what was going on and wanted to get all of our cards to run them again (with multiple reasons as to why). After 45 minutes of causing a scene and holding the party, he finally realized it was their fault but did not apologize. This was my first experience at Legacy West and the Whiskey Moon, but it will definitely be my last. If you could give negative stars to a place, the Whiskey Moon would...
Read moreI was waiting over 30 minutes to even get an order in. I have asked two different servers when you can please get our order when you can. Yet they kept serving others first. I have been here multiple times with work colleagues with no problems but the one time I come here with my Hispanic family we get completely ignored. The bar was not busy by any means, nor were they short staffed. Yet when a couple or group that were Caucasian get treated immediately and with better respect it’s hard not to notice discrimination. For example a bartender even said to us that “this group is of more priority than us” I say that’s a sign of disrespect. It’s not like we can’t afford the drinks or food there but we were completely disregarded. Honestly more disappointed than angry, hope some manager reads this and trains their...
