So disappointed in my first experience at this location. I have been shopping Aritzia since the WillowBend days and two of my sisters have worked for the brand and have always love the customer service I received at North Park. Today I came in with a friend and spent about one hour at the store. Not one time did an associate greet me, ask if they can take the clothes in my hand to the dressing room, bring any additional recommendations to the dressing room or get checked in on while trying on. I want to say that Iām exaggerating or being picky, but when I tell you that not one associate, spoke to me my entire time, other than checking into the dressing room and paying, but unfortunately, I am not. And I was a Purchasing customer who still bought two pairs of jeans, one pair of trousers, a jumpsuit, and a bodysuit. When I asked for an explanation, she had none and walked away from the register, leaving other employees to clean up her mistake. Multiple staff members tried, but no one could fix what she had doneāand the manager never came back out to take responsibility.

Today we were waiting in line with 5 cashiers working. We were the very last people in line. As soon as it was our turn every cashier left but one who was still helping someone.
