Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plant City

I go to this location everyday. I purchased a large Dunkin’ Donuts tumblar, asked the manager there if I’m able to come there and refill it with ice coffee. She said absolutely. Two days later there was a sign posted in the drive through window saying no refills allowed in tumblar cups. I have gone to other Dunkin’ Donuts locations and there are no restrictions on refills. From tampa to Brooksville and even the other the other plant city location and have no problem with refills. I complained and the manger from this location called me and said due to COVID they don’t do refills. What the hell!!! Covid was 5 years ago. ITS OVER AND GONE!!! Really? And this is the only location that does this. Now mind you I told this manager I literally go to this location EVERYDAY!!! She said she was sorry but that’s the rules. I came in off the road for some food and a restroom. The convenience store was a bit funky as was the restroom, but the Dunkin Area was set up pretty nice. Tables for eating and a large staff to make the food and drinks. It was a nice little set up. The gentleman who took my order was quite friendly and helpful. The coffee was smooth and savory ( regular cup of coffee ), but the tater tots ( all 6 of them ) were burnt and cold. The croissant was soggy ( must have been zapped in a microwave ) and a bit chewy towards the end. The bacon was not crisp, but charred anyway. The egg and cheese were cold, but good. I had to go into the store to get mayonnaise for my sandwich. As I went back to I-4, I saw a WaWa on the east side of the highway. I wish I’d seen it earlier !!! People were nice and friendly. I actually went to the drive-thru I was going to pick up some donuts and iced coffee. Approaching the window I asked for a specific donut the young man said they were out so then I asked for another donut and the young man said that they were out so after the third request that they were out and it wasn't an odd time of the day it was probably about 4:00 in the afternoon. I simply said tell me what you do have let's try it that way when he named off the six donuts that they had I said never mind and proceeded to go.
