A DOWN HILL SLIDE ! This place is going in the gutter fast. Not sure what is happening there but you can tell the team effort is NOT there to make it better. Several times in the last 2 months they have been almost completely out of coffee with absolutely nothing brewing. Today they were out of breakfast sandwiches. Not out on the shelf being cooked...the store was out of product. The coffee island is gross all of the time and when you tell someone any of this, they don't seem to care about anything. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location as often as I can and every single time I have no other choice, I feel like halloween when you get a piece of candy corn and think maybe this time..just maybe this time it will taste good only to find out that it is just as bad as it has ever been. Sometimes I just walk across the street and get a starbucks...Just an FYI for anyone out there..I waited until the afternoon to make this review so I wasn't fresh in the bad state I was after leaving there...
OK...It has been a couple weeks and I have gone back twice....The first time I went back I ordered an oatmeal...I'm Standing there waiting for it and no body is making any food. I ask if they saw the order on the screen. The girl says I have to go pay for it first. Well, I got to get to work and now I am being treated like a criminal. You don't trust me with a $2.00 Oatmeal? C'mon...I do not like being put in the criminal category and now I am if I want an oatmeal from WAWA...There is a Mcdonalds and a Publix next door...I will and I did take my business elsewhere...I went to publix and bought a box of ORGANIC oatmeal for $4.00..Now I don't have to buy any from WAWA...I also Bought a coffee maker so now I can avoid this WAWA for my morning drive...Now we come to today...I pull in to get gas...Rush hour..8:15 AM this WAWA is a Highway Store...Commuters are going to work right now...As I pull in the WAWA gas truck has ALL lanes for gas blocked so there is only one way in and out if you want gas...The parking lot is a Cluster of cars trying to go every which way to get in or out because the fuel truck is blocking everyone...anyway...I just thought I would share my experiences at this particular...
Read moreI stopped by this Wawa location on Friday evening around 9:20 PM to fuel up and grab a coffee. My experience was shockingly disappointing and has left me questioning if I’ll ever return to this store again, despite being a regular traveler from Tampa to Orlando who typically relies on Wawa for fuel and convenience.
I pulled up to pump 8 and began fueling as usual after my debit card was approved. About halfway through fueling, at $32, the pump abruptly stopped and displayed a “Pay Inside” message. Confused but assuming this was a minor issue, I went inside to sort it out and get my coffee. That’s where things took a turn for the worse.
The young woman at the counter had the worst customer service skills I’ve encountered in any store setting. When I explained what happened at the pump, she immediately cut me off in a rude tone, saying, “You pay inside.” I calmly tried to clarify my concern about my debit card being charged since it had already approved the transaction at the pump, but instead of addressing the issue professionally, she became visibly angry and repeated herself in a dismissive, almost hostile manner.
This type of interaction is unacceptable, especially for a business that prides itself on convenience and customer satisfaction. I’ve been a loyal Wawa customer, frequently stopping at this location during my travels, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
If Wawa’s corporate team is reading this, I urge you to address the customer service standards at this store. Not only is this a bad reflection on your brand, but it’s also a liability if employees treat customers with such disregard. With so many other options for gas and coffee, I simply can’t justify coming back to a location where I feel disrespected and unvalued.
This experience needs attention before more loyal customers like me decide to take their business elsewhere...
Read moreSo today 4/22/25 a little after 12pm I came in to get a frozen Cappacino like I do every single day, most of the time I them to my now 101 year old Grandma who loves them so much and sometimes I'll drink one. I pay for extras everytime and there's maybe 3 people that will follow the directions and make them right. Today it was dead inside and my drink was disgusting again, it had chunks of ice and I could barely get it through the straw and the taste was awful it tasted like slightly sweet water. These drinks aren't cheap and I spend a lot of money in there daily and I just wish they would read director that are on the slips. They just don't seem to care and that's not fair to the customers. You have some amazing employees there and theirs two younger gentlemen that do the drinks and they nail it everytime especially the one who worked yesterday very sweet young man and he was cashier today. The lady today was just rude and I thanked her and she says nothing. Also the whip cream she put on was liquid wasnt even cream maybe left out but it just really sucks to spend money there daily and only lucky if I get the drink made correctly 2 times out of the week. Hopefully someone can maybe show them again how to make them but this woman has made them right in the past but the last month it's terrible. Sorry to complain but it's just not fair to not get what you're paying for because the person just don't...
