I usually enjoy leaving reviews, it gives me the feeling that I can convey information in an informative yet fun way. This specific Domino's kind of ruined it for me, I don't think I've ever had a pizza ruin something that I enjoyed. The pizza on the outside looked okay, like a pizza you know. On the inside is where all of the issues came, the sauce tasted kind of spoiled and the dough was undercooked. Have you ever seen a child seem so entitled to whatever they want, as if they were raised in a palace and for one day they were brought out into the real world only to complain that something wasn't given to them the second they wanted. As if the whole world revolved around them and their needs, and if it wasn't given to them the world did not function. This child would grow up not knowing the worth of anything because they were just so bad. Now picture that child but in a sauce, spoiled, rotten, and sour to the touch. This sauce child has lived in its palace for too long leaving it spoiled once it hit the pizza.
When it comes to the bread, there's not much else to say. Have you ever seen Gordon Ramsay go in on a chef because the pizza they created was undercooked and raw. Yeah I had one of those moments. I mean the bread was so under developed that I thought it was an EA game. It was so under developed I thought it was Michonne from The Walking Dead. It was so under developed, I thought I was eating the brains of one of the true housewives. And it was so raw that WWE is suing for copyright infringement.

I placed my order on line at 12:48 pm; the tracking and text message told me it was out of oven and on the way at 1:04, then confirmation driver in neighborhood, pulling up etc. Nothing. Then showed delivered. When I telephone the store (1.2 mile away from me) oh the tracking system is wrong, he just delivered pizza next too you , yours is coming next. 1/2 hour later, at 1:22 pm called and was told to hang on the person claimed they had just clocked in and would get to the bottom of it. After holding for 10 minutes a young lady comes on and tells me that I ordered from the wrong store. How insulting they have done that to me once before so u forgave the incident blaming myself. But I read her my confirmation and drivers name to which she became frustrated and said hold for the manager… another 8 minutes holding the woman/girl states ok lady we found your order it’s coming out of the oven now a large pineapple and large pepperoni. No no I tell her we ordered several Other items. She got upset with me and said well what do you, then I don’t know she says and drops the phone. I can hear everyone talking and laughing. For Pete’s sake couldn’t just take me Oder again and give me a 10% discount or throw in a garlic roll. No they lost a customer permanently and I will tell Everyone in my community to order Papa John’s, Lombardis Pizza anyone but Dominos...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and it was delivered really quickly, which I appreciated. But when I opened the box, the pizza was completely flipped in half, like it had been tossed around during delivery—likely because the driver was driving too fast.
I called the store to express my concern. After explaining the situation the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and actually asked, “Why did you call?”—which caught me off guard. I was then passed to the manager, who abruptly said, “I’m giving you your money back,” and hung up on me without any further conversation or apology.
The whole interaction felt careless and unprofessional. Between the ruined pizza and the way I was treated when I called, this was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a Domino’s. I won’t be ordering from this...
