This has grown to be my favorite location. The manager Aly (my apologies if I her name wrong) really strives to run a well established business. I love my dunkin and this location is usually on point and although the staff turn over may not be great, the ones that have been working there awhile make all the difference. I usually place a mobile order and walk in shortly after. Aly and her team always greet us and make us feel acknowledged and welcomed. The food may not always on point but it pretty consistent. I keep coming back because of the good customer service and jovial atmosphere. I've have read reviews about some of the afternoon crew being less than helpful and I've witnessed it myself on occasion but don't be surprised if the next time you walk on that same crew no longer works there. I appreciate individuals that go a step further to make someone's day (a smile goes a long way). Every other dunkins I go to, I wait 30 seconds to a minute for my coffee, regardless of the line. This dunkins makes it a crap shoot. Food takes FOREVER to prepare. I am not exaggerating. Every time I visit this location people are backed up waiting for simple food orders, cursing, and generally upset. This is default behavior here.
Employees laugh and joke with each other, even when the line is almost out the door, instead of making coffees. Employees constantly missing orders or forgetting parts of orders. Management is non existent here.

Read moreShowed up at 8:30 and placed my order. After about 20 minutes I noticed a few people who ordered after me getting their food. I calmly approach the guy making the food / putting it on the counter and show him my receipt to ask where my food is in the assembly line. Guy abruptly interrupts me and says he’s just making them in the order they come and that my food is coming. No problem, I wait another 10 minutes and reapproach the same guy with my receipt. He finally takes a look at it, realizes he messed up, and makes up an excuse as to why it’s not done. He then “toast” my two bagels before tossing my bag on the counter without looking at me or apologizing. I don’t leave reviews ever and am very patient, but that was the worse experience I’ve had.
