The NOW Massage Plantation — Local services in Plantation

The NOW Spa Plantation is running a scam. My wife and I joined in March 2025 and she canceled after her first visit, yet they kept charging us for six months despite repeated requests. Every time we called, the only answer was “My General Manager will get back to you” — and no one ever did. When pressed, they offered to credit only part of the charges but wipe out the massages we were owed.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s predatory and deceptive, bordering on consumer fraud and even grounds for a class action lawsuit. If this happens to you, dispute the charges with your credit card company and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and your State Attorney General.

Avoid this place at all costs. PS-1 star is too much!!

I had a very unpleasant experience from this establishment. The staff showed little regard for customer service, and I was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. The thing concerning most when one employee hang up the phone on me and my wife when politely we were trying to cancel our reservation, made it 15 minutes early. business that relies on customer satisfaction should prioritize respect and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I enjoy coming here for several reasons. When you finally come in and are about to be serviced there is a room where you can speak to to your massage therapist and discuss what areas of your body needs more attention than others. After, you go into the massage room and it’s so quiet in there and it’s all the sleep sounds that just make you feel like you’re being taken away into another country or another place but peaceful. When you finally are done with the massage or whatever your service is, you are able to speak to your massage therapist about the service and also what they believe is necessary for your next appointment. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. The front desk personnel are able to answer as many questions as possible and also able to provide you recommendations that you may need or want.
