I have to say Thanks to Albert and Andrés team as we found a very nice place to find Natural, Non-GMO and ecological products. As soon as I walked in, a person behind the counter (Albert), approached and with a big smile, asked if he could help me with something. I was having a meeting with my colleagues so we decided to had lunch. At the beginning, we where a little bit skeptical because no one around was eating (may be it was too early in the day). I asume there is a Gym close by, as it was the stop for many people wearing workout clothes. We ordered some natural snacks as starter. Churros with cinnamon and Chicha chips. Delicious!!!! Then we followed with the veggie Pizza made with sourdough. One of the best I had in my life. But the main character in this story, that left speechless to all of us, was the Wagyu Burger we ordered as main course. With a base of smashed sweet potato, smoked bacon and soft and tasty bread all seasoned with special condiments, I Had the best hamburger experience in my life. The service of the personal was warm and taking care of every little detail. They also have vegan option, that combined with this ingredients, it's also a winner. In the afternoon, a lot of people gathered outside as there was a live band performing classics from 90s and 2000s. If you sit outside, you can buy a bottle of wine from Argentina, Uruguay and different places, and you can ask for glasses at no extra cost. They also have hand cream, spa oils and different products. This Healthy and natural store in Plantation, it is definitely my next stop to eat a Wagyu Burger next time. Keep up with...
Read moreThis is a tricky place to write about. It seems like most times I come here I never have the best experience. I’m a dietetic major and take my health and other’s very seriously, so when I discovered this place I immediately drove here to look around. They have a great selection of meats and eggs, as well as ice creams sweetened only with honey and minimal ingredients. However, when you look at the sweets inside of the case, they state “no sugar” as one of the dietary restrictions, but when I asked about it they told me that only one row used no sugar. Fine, i’ll take something from that row, no big deal but I wish that was stated more clearly for people with serious restrictions (diabetes, insulin resistance, etc). HOWEVER, the second time I came to this store and asked an employee since I had forgotten which ones had no sugar, she texted someone that I assume was the owner of the store and they told her that they all have cane sugar. I’m not sure if the owners know that cane sugar is a refined sugar and that no sugar means absolutely no kinds of added sugars. Aka no refined or unrefined sugars are used in the products. Cane sugar (table sugar) is one of the worst and highest glycemic sugars that you can consume so I do not take the fact that they lied the first time and on the case lightly. For customers avoiding sugar please stay away from the case. Other than that the other products in the store are cool and worth...
Read moreThis is a brand new health food market in Plantation Walk. You can find it in the courtyard across from Ford's garage and next to the Naples Soap Company.
I got to meet owner Andres Gonzales who explained that this is their first store but they hope to expand. Almost all of the items are organic. They sell include meat, coffee and tea, beauty products, nuts and seeds, health care, cleaning products, supplements, fresh pressed juices, wine, candy, pet food, and grocery staples. They also have a kitchen selling hot food and bakery items.
This range of products and brands is amazing. If you sign up on their website or in the store for their $250 annual membership you can earn points, discounts, and access to monthly events and wine tastings. This is a great store to shop if in if you have a food allergy, are recovering from an illness, or are just trying...
