I would go negative if I could. I called this place to ask about toppings on their antipasto salad. I was informed pepperoni, olives, tomatoes, and banana peppers. I asked again and was informed the same thing. So I ordered that with 3 pizzas and their Howies bread. The salad was to be for work the next day so did not think about it. Had it the next day and took bites into onions. I called the store to simply let the manager know that they should make sure their staff is more knowledable of the product. The OWNER was very rude and blamed me and got nasty because his employee doesn't know what is on their salad. I said I could be allergic and what would you have said? His response? What are you looking for a discount or something? I said no again your employees should be trained better. He was like why are you waiting til the next day? I tried explaining that the girl was the only one in the store and I didn't realize it until I was having the salad at work for lunch. Not one apology! It has been a year since then and my son was asking me for Hungry Howies so I went through the website ( This store doesn't register with the brand or BBB) And decided to just call to order...... Sorry but there is a note in here I cannot take your order (as I hear laughing in the background ) How ludicrous that his employee could have killed someone due to lack of training and no apology and then refuses service? I hope people see the experience I had and take warning before...

2nd time- i came, by mistake this time bad my son call closest location, 1st time just happen to be in that area. ok so i know its franchise but ive eaten at a few locations and this garlic crust is just "lacking" here, and they threw the artificial butter garlic sauce all over my pizza, idk if was language barrier but i supervised and mouthed the order to my son, We didnt ask for drenched pizza. Soaked the bottom of the box through. smh @ customer service.

1st time- the garlic flavored crust was a brush of the artificial butter sauce to the crust before baking.. i asked if that was common practice they said yes, but at the other locations it was nothing as bad as this one.. Initially the young lady acted as if i was crazy for mentioning it, then as I turned away she offered more artificial butter sauce(not even hungry howies branded in pack garlic butter sauce) to dip the pizza in lou of their version of garlic crust not meeting my expectations, terrible, i was with my older teenage son and nephew we were starving and ate anyway. We all said never again. It took forever and we even called ahead of time.

Both times- pizza was dry, as in,cheap with pizza sauce. Both times the pizza was diffrent and messed up.
