This happened yesterday evening. I ordered 2 ham and provolone sandwiches. And the one ham and provolone sandwich is not in the bag. I called the store and this lady named Jersey answered the phone and suddenly mentioned that they forgot to put it in the bag and that I must come in the store and pick it up or get a refund. It's obvious I did door dash for a reason so I don't have to come in the store. So her suggestions doesn't help me at all especially a huge mistake like this is made and it's not an easy fix. They need to train people here properly and work efficiently. This is very bad service. I let her know I needed to speak with the manager (which by the way I asked his name and it's Gabriel) but he's not available at the moment and that I should call him tomorrow when he's in but the situation happened today so it must be fixed now. I got charged twice and I must get my money back ASAP. She let me know I can download app and can easily get my refund. And now because of their big mess I must download the app, waste space on my phone when all these times I have only been ordering online. This is such an inconvenience for a customer like me so this is the last time I will order from them. They had very poor customer service and no good communication on their end. I had to reach out to them and point out their mistake. If I didn't....their mistake would just go unnoticed and my hard earned money down the drain. I hope the customers in the future do not get affected by this. And they will learn not to order from here through...
Read moreWent there yesterday and ordered two subs. One turkey and provolone and a big kahuna chicken philly. When I got home with my order my philly sub was steak instead of chicken. (Honest mistake I’m sure) It wouldn’t be such a big deal if I ate steak right. So I called the store and spoke with the manager Chastity and let her know what my issue was. She was so nice and helpful she was even going to see if someone could deliver me my sub since it was made incorrectly. She said she would call me back and let me know. Surprisingly she actually did call me back and let me know no one could drop off the sub but I could come back today or another day and they would make me a new sub. She wrote down my name and number and gave me the other managers name Gabe and I told her I would come back today. Well today arrived and a nice young man Sebastian called me to confirm i was picking up my order at 1 to ensure it was going to be made fresh and asked me if I needed anything else and I was able to make another order while he was on the phone. Overall even tho my sandwich was made wrong the first time the customer service more than made up for it. The staff was kind and professional when I came to pick up my food and I will most definitely be coming back...
Read moreNone of the employees could figure out if the ice machine was working or not. Waited 10 minutes while they tried to figure out if the customer in front of me could order a fountain drink. None of the employees have clue. No teamwork, the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. I stood and waited for my sub for 25 minutes. And they weren't even busy. Otherwise, I would have not twice. I ordered a giant cheese steak. The girl who took my order, was working the grill. She never started cooking anything for about 8-10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I inquired about how much longer. Only because there was no customers inline. There were 4 employees all kind of huddled around the grill. They told me to take a seat. When i finally got home with my giant sub that I was splitting with a family member, There was a dark bread half and a lite bread half. Obviously, from 2 different sub rolls. Something was definitely off....
