I came through with my 3 kids this morning trying to treat them after a long week for all of us. The woman who took our order (CC) would ask in a rude voice "anythinnnng else" after I barely finished saying each item. She would have known if there was anything else if she stopped asking that and just listened. Then when I was done speaking she could politely ask "will that complete your order". She also sighed multiple times and was unfriendly. Our order wasn't difficult. 3 coffees, 2 sandwiches, 2 bagel bites and 25 munchkins. My daughters sandwich was cold. I got a large iced coffee when I asked for a large hot and even the sugars were wrong in it. I ended up having to go down the road to the other dunkin to pay for another coffee because I didn't trust that dunkin to fix it after all the attitude. And I got 21 munchkins. Not 25. We didn't get a thank you, a have a nice day or anything. They took payment and shut the window. Fire that girl. I worked for Dunkin for 7 years and was a manager. Read moreI came in around 7am like I always do and noticed my favorite worker (Alison I believe her name is) from this location walking in, we said hello, good morning to each other and walked into the store. When she got in she clocked in and immediately started taking my order, during that time a old hag starting nagging her about why she didn’t wear her hat to work today even tho she herself didn’t have a hat on, even tho her hair was up in a bun, rudely interrupting the ordering process for a loyal customer. After my order was taken, I watched the old hag make my food with what looked like no gloves on. Once my food was ready she threw in the counter and said “Sausage egg and cheese on a croissant”. Idk who the lady was that was picking on Alison but it was a bit hypocritical considering she didn’t have a hat on but was making other people wear one. Safe to say that the only person who works there with a smile on their face is definitely Alison. The rest of them are 60+ and could probably qualify for a senior discount...

I asked her where my avocado toast was and She told me that they don’t cook anything after 630 and shut down the ovens. she told me she couldn’t do anything for me for a refund or offer me any sort of food even though I was traveling on the road and expected some sort of food because I already purchased it. If you shut your oven off before you close, you should shut your mobile app off as well so your customers can’t process an order and get ripped off afterward because going through the return process through the app is a joke.
