I recently ordered a custom cake and matching cupcakes for my daughter's Sweet 16th from Batter 'N Icing, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, Batter 'N Icing exceeded all my expectations with their exceptional service and artistry.

The consultation process was a delight. The team at Batter 'N Icing took the time to understand my vision, incorporating my daughter's favorite colors and themes into the design. Their attention to detail and creative suggestions were incredibly helpful, ensuring that every aspect of the cake and cupcakes was perfect.

When the big day arrived, I was absolutely blown away by the final product. The cake and cupcakes were not only visually stunning but also tasted heavenly. The cake was moist and flavorful, with layers of rich, delicious buttercream. Each cupcake was a miniature masterpiece, perfectly complementing the main cake both in design and taste.

The craftsmanship and dedication of Batter 'N Icing are evident in every bite. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and delicious everything was, and my daughter was thrilled with her birthday treats. If I could give Batter 'N Icing more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Not only have they become my favorite go-to for cupcakes, but I was referred to the company to help with my wedding cake. From the initial inquiry email all the way to the final drop off at the vendor, Nisha went gone above and beyond to ensure that my cake and dessert bar was perfect and she delivered everything in a timely manner. Honestly, it was more than what I could ask for. She was so easy to talk to, both email and in person. She treats all her customers as equals, not like some vendors where the moment you say "wedding" and the vendor charge 3x more. She was very transparent about her pricing and there were no hidden fees which I appreciated. Her ability to turn your vision into reality is something else, and I loved how we were able to bounce ideas off one another. Everyone LOVED the cake and desserts. So much, that I didn't even get to have any of my desserts because everyone else ate them all!! The cake was so moist and the cupcakes were a huge hit with the choice of flavors (I was told that the peach cobbler was a favorite!). This bakery ruined the gender reveal of my first baby, what was supposed to be one of the most special moments of my life. I emailed the manger and made sure we were on the same page and my request was doable... sending pictures of exactly what I wanted the inside and outside of the cake to look like. I made sure to explain myself very clear in person in the store and they took the gender envelope from my doctor. I had my gender results several days before in my portal, but I waited to look because I wanted this moment to be special instead of just looking at my phone. It took forever to get my OB to print the envelope but I finally got it and took it straight to the bakery. They told me the cake would be white on the outside and vanilla with the gender color frosting inside. When my husband and I cut into it, it was funfetti cake (rainbow color) with white frosting only on the inside and outside. They remade my cake the next day but my husband was on call and there was a chance we couldn't cut into it for another week, so we just looked at the envelope ourselves.
