So so unfortunate what has happened here ! This Gotta Eatta Pitta location used to be so good!! The manager more than 6 months ago was great and friendly and consistent with serving good food.. now the workers in there don’t care! And there is this TERRIBLE SMELL when you walk in that just made me want to turn around. Like fresh sewage is brewing in the back .. what’s that about ?
Any ways it’s been a really long time since I’ve been there so I went in to get a falafel pita and the woman there had long brown hair and she proceeded to take the old falafels and take them to the trash… but the she goes and puts the side of the metal FOOD CONTAINER and sets the side of it on the trash can while pouring out old falafels. Letting the food container touch the trash can. As soon as I saw that I knew the place has gone bad and turned around and let her know nevermind and walked out.
They need a plumber in there to fix that disgusting smell new management to hold the workers accountable And hygiene training for the employees!!
(If that woman was able / comfortable doing that in front of a customer what else do they do in the kitchen ?!). 🤮
Will not be back there !! So sad because it used to be delicious...

Read moreThe service was good but the food was really not that enjoyable. Maybe my expectations are high when it comes to quick and cheap shawarma, but there was not nearly enough meat protein and the rest of the food I got in my chicken shawarma/falafel bowl were very bland and bitter. I would've liked a garlic sauce or a better tzatziki sauce, because the one they had wasn't really tzatsiki sauce, it was just tahini. They also weigh the chicken and don't really tell you why they are doing that and they don't really even look at the amount of meat they are weighing so it's kinda random and unnecessary. I left with half of my bowl and just throw out the rest because it was just a...
