Arby's — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

i was scammed by arbys (giftcards dont work anymore)

yesterday i went there to redeem a 15$ giftcard i had bought myself and i went there with my buddy, we had walked there and when we arrived the lobby was close because they were under staffed. this was a massive inconvenience to us because we did not have a car to go through the drive through. so we had attempted to walk through the drive through and see if we could still order. we walked up and the motion sensor did notice us and the lady in the speaker asked us what we wanted to order and we replied with what we wanted and we got no reply back. at this point we decided to the unthinkable and go straight to the place in which they give u the food for the drive through. we walked straight up there and the nice young lady took our order. after we had ordered i had brought out my giftcard and she had said that we cannot use giftcards because there is no way to manually input the code on the card or scan it because "arbys had been bought out and their systems have changed". basically meaning that all giftcards are void, something like this could 100% spark a massive lawsuit. but im just a boy and i dont have that power.

i would rate 1 stars but im somewhat a regular to arbys and if i show up again and get recognized then i dont want my food to be messed with because of this review. (arbys manager do not do anything to the lady who had taken my order she...

My boyfriend went to pick up Dinner this evening I got the brisket which I get all the time. The meat was halfway off the sandwich. There was hardly any meat he asked for extra sauce. There was no sauce on the sandwich at all extremely disappointing.. The curly fries seemed like they’ve been sitting there all day. He did not receive his mail at all and he spent almost $18 there. I asked him did he want me to call and he said absolutely not, babe there was nobody in the parking lot. I was the only customer the kid that handed me. My food seemed like he was 13 years old. No type of Customer Service whatsoever how do you give me my drink but you don’t put my food in the bag this happens too often. It was our first and last time ever getting Arby from that restaurant so we lost out on money obviously. I used to work in fast food, and I’ve never messed out on giving somebody their food. It’s so easy to look at the ticket. Check the bag double check the bag to make sure the customer gets all their food...

I’ve visited this Arby’s before and the food has been acceptable. I took my family on this trip and was less than pleased.

The staff was polite and friendly. That was the high point of the visit.

When looking for a table, the first three tables were still dirty and I would point out we were the only customers in the business.

All three in my party ordered the 2 for $6 combo and had the new macaroni and cheese. It was think and gooey but had an artificial smoke flavor to it. One order of the Mac was lukewarm and another had cool spots in it.... almost like it had been poorly heated in a microwave. The sandwiches were about average for Arby’s.

The building interior was cold. We ended up eating in our coats. I’m a warm blooded person but by the end of the visit my nose was cold from breathing the cold air and everyone else’s hand were cold to the touch.

I don’t think this is characteristic for this location but this visit...
