I'm giving 4 stars for the service, not the food.
Their service is excellent. They are very fast to fix things that are not to satisfaction. I unfortunately can not eat spicy food. Their spicy food is supposed to be printed in red print. However, when you order online, it does not show that, so my garlic chicken was very spicy. I called and asked about it, and she was very nice and offered to remake it without the spice. So I returned the order I had, and she not only remade my order but also gave me a free order of crab rangoon. Well, I get home, and I decide to eat my vegetable lo mein, and it was very spicy, so I look online and it is not printed in red, so it not supposed to be spicy. So, I gave up. I'm truly grateful for the environment here; it feels warm and welcoming, and the kindness of the people has really touched my heart. Having been here for just over a month, I’ve experienced such genuine support from everyone around me. With their encouragement, I was able to get the hang of things in about two and a half weeks, and they continue to lend a helping hand. I find myself eating here quite often because the food is simply incredible—the Crab Rangoons are the best I’ve ever tasted!
