Culver’s — Restaurant in Pleasant Valley Township

So me and my boyfriend went through the drive through around 8:30 so nowhere near closing time. We did have a bigger order and I understand working in a fast food industry can be stressful. I personally would know since I have worked at a McDonalds. This was some of the worst customer service I have received. The lady taking our order seemed pissed off that we were still ordering. Mind you, my mom has celiac disease for those of you that don’t know what that is. It’s a gluten allergy that destroys your gut health. The lady taking our order put no bun on the menu. Yet we received a GLUTEN bun on the burger after I said 4 times to have no bun. There’s more they messed up too. I asked for a chocolate concrete mixer with brownie pieces and again I had to repeat it 4 times. And they messed it up by putting vanilla! And last but certainly not least, my boyfriend ordered a grilled cheese meal. He was given a grilled chicken sandwich. I'm normally not one to write a bad review especially for this Culver's since I am a past employee and loved the job... but the last few times I have gone through I have had issues with my orders. I was in a hurry on my lunch break today so I ordered chicken tenders... and they were cold in the middle to the point where I could feel it before taking a bite. I didn't have time to go back but I know that it's simple to do the fryer position and they weren't in a rush. Hopefully the employee is newer and just picked up the wrong basket but the person boxing them should've noticed. The last mistakes were no condiments, missing fry, wrong condiments, and forgetting custard. I think I will have to say that I'm disappointed in the lunch staff. This used to be my favorite QC Culvers. I have been here so many times I can't even count. But recently it has become my least favorite. The last 4 times my orders have been wrong. Today was the worst. When errors become consistent its time to try a different location. Today the handed me my drinks and when I asked which was coke and which was the other one she looked at me and said I have no idea.. The 2nd item was ice cream which had the incorrect topping and when I asked for the correct topping they did re-make it but it was still incorrect. The 3rd item was a chocolate shake which had so much chocolate syrup you could not taste the ice cream. It was inedible so got dumped and didn't even eat it. It was also so soupy. I know it wasn't microwaved but that is what it looked like, melted soup ice cream. No one seemed to care about any of this so I won't be back to...
