I decided to come try Iconics out since I love coffee! My coffee was great but my wife isn't a huge fan so she asked if they could make a Vanilla Bean Frappe and they said yes, she got it and it tasted like nothing but coffee so I go back and say maybe things got mixed up and the manager said you just want vanilla flavor and I said yes and she said "Okay I can remake it this time but I'm going to have to charge you for the product loss" I said WHAT!!? I decided to stop by before work one evening. Came here because Firehouse Coffee closed an hour before their stated time. It was 30 minutes to 8 and the staff at ICONIC told me that I could still order whatever because they were still fully open (unlike the prior). I got a latté because I was working night shift. It was good! Milk was the right temp, didn't scald my mouth, and not too sweet unlike other places. I'll have to try the energy drinks here next time! I also love that they're in an old lube station....

The service was slow. The girls acted like it was their first time in the place. My order wasn’t right the first time I went there. I wanted to try it out again and the girls seemed snotty. I am not sure who took my order but there was ZERO customer service. I still haven’t received a “punch card” do I need to ask for one? If that’s the case why even have one.
