I do not recommend this location very poor customer service, atmosphere is poor, lack of care and concern, multiple teenage employees 5 to 6 stood around the outside of the counter. Customers were ignored while all employees congregated and waited for food. The manager would not make eye contact with customers at counter intentionally to make it seem as if he did not see them, the employees cut between me and another customer as they walked by multiple times none of the times did they say excuse me I guess that manners are not a thing for this generation. Also my assumption is that if this page is monitored the same way they monitor their employees and their store that it will go unresponsive by management There is one employee there that does a great job. She is a smaller white girl who is always very kind and tries to make sure that the workers notice people. But unfortunately she is only one person and so it seems that she goes ignored this a poor experience of a store Corporate definitely does not visit enough. These people definitely do not seem to care about customers. I stood there at the counter for over 10 minutes with zero interaction or response from staff or management. How sad. Customer experience is definitely a dead thing. Nobody cares any longer. There’s no more smiles no more happy greetings no more making people feel like they’re welcome and appreciated for their business. I may only be one individual but if these visits are consistent for other people as it was for me, I can assure you that this location will continue to lose customers. Though this may not be of any concern to the employees, or even to management, I can certainly assure you that it will matter to the franchise owner when it starts happening. Read moreOkay. I never thought the day would come where I thought I would leave a review, little alone a positive review for a McDonald's but here I am. My son and I were done working for the day and was in the area, plus I had a Free Meal Voucher and decided to use it at this location. Best decision I could have made. The young man behind the counter seemed new but was polite and handled everything well and if he had a question, he asked the Manager nicely and the Manager handled it quickly and professional. My son ordered the 10 pc. which is a safe bet since they are good and I ordered the Big Mac Meal. Though $9.00+ I had the free meal so I went with it. When I opened it at my table I was in Awe. It was like a Big Mac in a commercial! Bun was golden and I could see the sauce on it. Then I popped it in my mouth like a Junk Food Junky and WOW! It was warm and juicy and very flavorful. So much sauce that it was dripping out! Fries were great also. My son chuckled because he knows that I don't get carried away much at a restaurant, little alone a McDonald's. Yes, this one was free but I would actually go back and pay the next time if they remain consistent. Also a nice plus was that they were wiping down tables and mopping floors while we were there and seemed to care about their store. That was just a nice addition. Especially these days. Read moreSuper disappointed with the drive thru. I have never been able to go through and they actually get the order right especially the drinks. I don't think the kids that work there really care. I go through there on a daily basis almost because I work pretty close and it on my way. I have gotten to work because I cannot taste all the drinks and find out that the drinks are all wrong. Twice I have ordered Dr Ppper and a coke and both times have gotten diet coke for both drinks. When you ask at the window if they know which is which I got no I do not. I am a nurse and I don't have time to turn around and go back to get anything fixed and when you call no answer. When I order I am not just ordering for myself it is for others I work with. Honestly if it was not so convienet on the way to work I would not go back. The managers are not receptive and forget the counter because they ignore you there as well and pretend like they don't see you. I don't like to post negative reviews but it is frustrating that they cannot get things right. I pay for it and just have to deal with their mistake because I don't have time to go back...
