So in the last two days I have ordered over $100 of food as I work ridiculous hours plus kids. Each time I have ordered groups of wings and there is no spot to ask for ranch. I have called and I have requested ranch for the wings been told no problem. Tonight five orders of wings and we get 1 ranch. Called and asked for manager who proceeded to tell me that wings no longer come with ranch and that you have to pay for it. Informed him that's not a problem even though everywhere else that serves wings you get a dipping sauce and that if I was informed each time I have called about it that I would have paid for it. The manager on duty 6/3/24 decided to hang up on me instead of solving the problem. Customer service goes along way have no problem paying for ranch if needed but as an employee you should inform your customers of that and maybe you wouldn't have a complaint. As bad as it sounds in the last month I have spent almost $300 dollars there if not more and now I will no longer be ordering from there and on top of that the Cajun dry run has basically been coming plain. I ordered my pizza at 6:40pm and waited until around 8pm to call and ask what the deal was and was argued with and told they never even had an order with my name even though I was staring at the confirmation email from their location, we went back and forth for about 10 mins for him to tell me he was wrong and they did have my order and they would send it out free of charge for the inconvenience. I was pleased to hear this and happy they planned to compensate for the miscommunication. I receive a call about an hour later from the person that was supposed to deliver my pizza telling me he was unable to find my apartment and the number he called told him not to bring it? I’m not sure who he spoke to but it was not me. I never received my order. I called back to tell them to keep the pizza and make sure I am not charged and Bryan told me it had already been done. An hour later I got a message saying my order is out for delivery. 30 minutes later, nothing. So I call. Very polite man apologizes, says they only have one driver. Said it should be there any minute. Shows up less than 5 minutes later. Got 8 boneless wings, package is completely crushed chicken was cold and soggy (i ordered no sauce on them). Got a personal pizza and 20 oz - pizza was cold, pop was warm. Ordered a double order of breadsticks and 4- 20oz. Breadsticks were cold and hard and I did not receive my 4 drinks. Called and talked to the same person. He did apologize, and I am waiting for my replacement meal as we speak. I was assured it would not take 90 minutes. I am hoping for my whole order this time.
