WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had ANYWHERE!
I stopped by this location around 8:15 pm tonight. I waited in the drive through at the speaker, which has a broken screen by the way, for about 5 mins prior to anyone acknowledging me. When the lady came on the speaker she apologized and thanked me for the patience. I then proceeded to order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal Large with Fries and a Dr. Pepper. She then said "large?". I said correct and repeated the order. She then said anything else? I then proceeded to order the new menu item Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich Large meal. She then asked me what sandwich? I repeated Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich. She then rudely asked me "what KIND of chicken?". I then proceeded the regular chicken. She then stated we don't have "REGULAR" Chicken we have classic, grilled, and another option (I can't remember what the 3rd option was). I again said the regular crispy Chicken that you put on your crispy chicken sandwich. She then stated that the Crispy Chicken Patty is smaller and does not fit on this sandwich and repeated again classic, grilled or the third option. I was about to say classic chicken when she said "you know what forget it!" While she said this I was also on the phone with my husband who told me you know what just drive away! I told the lady never mind and drove away. As I drove past the drive through I could see the lady looking at the other coworkers complaining about the encounter.
My husband and I were shocked by this level of behavior that is allowed at this restaurant. I apologize that I did not understand the question or realize the correct "vernacular" of the type of Chicken. However, no guest should be treated this way and classic and regular can be interpreted as the same thing.
My husband and I who have worked in the fast food industry for many years were appalled by this behavior and will no longer be coming to this location. If any of our employees would have acted in this manner we would have sent them home IMMEDIATELY and asked them to think about this and if this was something they really wanted to continue doing as a career/job.
After reading the past reviews at this location I am honestly shocked that this has not been handled already as it seems this is an ongoing issue at this location! This employee hopefully will be reprimanded and that this is a learning experience for the entire franchise, considering my husband and I decided to eat at a competitors restaurant tonight...
   Read moreOkay, here goes. The other day for lunch my husband and I went to Wendy's and got some sammies and drinks. Fantastic service! There were a bunch of cumtomer service oriented adults working. Food was exactly as expected. Great experience! The problem is that I had tried a drink that I wanted to get again and I was near there a couple nights later. I went to go inside and the door was locked and the lobby was closed - understandable in this day and age and I view that as no problem at all. So, I get into the drive thru line as I had about 25 minutes before my meeting. I wait to order - no problem. I ordered the frosty-ccino to take to my meeting. I pull forward and wait for a long time for all the cars in front of me to get their order and it's finally my turn at the window. The young man opens the window and says "so we actually don't have your frosty-ccino." There were 3 other employees standing behind him just standing there. I said "oh, okay, wish someone would have told me sooner I just sat waiting for a long time" "well, would you like something else?" He said "no". I went there specifically for that and at any point someone could have stepped out to my car to inform me that they were out and I could have gone to get a coffee somewhere else! Instead, I didn't have time and had to get to my meeting. No coffee. I felt like the night crew could not be further at the other end of the spectrum from the day crew when it came to customer service.    Read moreAbsolutely pathetic service! I'd recommend staying far away from this restaurant, but it appears that everyone already has! The place is always empty, and here's why. I made a mobile order that included one of their honey chicken biscuits with the other items, my wife and I drove to their drive-thru to pick it up and when I got home, found no chicken in the biscuit. It happens I get it. So, I went back to the store, tried to explain at the menu (doors were locked, couldn't go in) that there was a issue with the order, twice. Got met with a "What? What's your problem? Just come around" When we got to the window, the woman took the bag of food, asked what was wrong, we explained about the biscuit and that we'd like the whole meal replaced and then immediately was told "the foods gonna be the same cause that's what you ordered" then closed the window. My wife had to knock on the window when another person came and said "You need to look on your receipt, that's what you ordered" to which I replied "I have the order on up on the app right now, it says Honey Buddy Chicken Buscuit" to which she replied "If you want a refund, you need to do it through the app" then closed the window. This store has one of the worst crew of a restaurant that I've ever experienced, there's incompetence, then there's down right ride because you can't handle flipping burgers.
